I spoke to Duane today, he had contacted me a couple of times earlier but I was driving. But today he caught me at the right time.
His phone manner was excellent, he was very clear in his explanation of the policy. Very helpful with my questions.

The operator was a great and friendly person he answered all my questions and explained everything well for my understanding. I’m one of an impatient person when talking over the telephone with people selling me their products etc but I was all ears after a few seconds of listening and I was sold in minutes after that. Thank you golden insurance for your help I now have life insurance and don’t have to worry about any debt falling upon my family when I die. God bless your heart

The staff members with whom my husband and I had telephone conversations, Scott and George, and another who assisted him this morning, were extremely helpful and understanding of our requirements. This was particularly reassuring because they were clearly of a much younger generation than ourselves.

The person I was talking to was pleasant informative and considerate of my wanting to know more in relation to your insurance policies terms and conditions. She spoke clearly to explain all in relation to my question. She was very helpful and patient whilst I gathered information to complete an application for acceptance. She performed great customer service and made me feel relaxed and comfortable which helped me to proceed with the policy coverage.

It was clear information. Also, the operator on the line talking with me, was helpful and cheerful, and seemed like a genuine salesperson, interested in their work and and in serving me with a beneficial policy.
