Would use again
Helpful staff members sorted our car collections brilliantly and smoothed over the minor issue we had when returning both vehicles.
Cars had a few scrapes when we collected them but these were all documented and caused no issues on the return.
Really reasonable prices and no hidden extras when booking the complete package directly.
The pick up and drop off at the airport worked well too.

Great price/quality ratio
One of the best offers on the market. Our VW T-Roc was kinda brand new (6800 km mileage) and clean, perfect condition. Generally a nice service although they could work on waiting times a bit - it took us like 45-50 min to get a car.

Extremely disappointing experience. The company refused to provide the car because I had a Qatari driving licence, even though other rental companies accepted it without any issue. At the counter, I was clearly told that I would receive a refund because they were the ones refusing to release the vehicle. However, they later refused to honour what they had promised.
At the very least, they should have refunded or waived the insurance fee, since no car was ever provided and the insurance was never used. Misleading information, poor customer service, and completely unfair treatment. I truly do not recommend this company.

60 euros for a bit of sand
Overall not bad, but demanded a 60 euro fine to remove a bit of sand from the car. Went next door to a gas station and removed that little bit for 1 euro in 1 minute. Thieves
