I'VE BEEN SCAMMED
I'VE BEEN SCAMMED! I thought this was a serious, reliable company that does not cheat the customer, unfortunately I was wrong! They don't want my money back! I pre-ordered a figure and paid for it (248.16 euros) on 31.07.2021. I did not get anything. Even though I wrote where it was and why it was late, I never got a worthwhile answer. On 05/03/2023, I wrote to the "helpful" customer service to request a refund of the amount paid. They said I will get it back in a few weeks. I haven't received anything since. I wrote several times how the refund is. The only answer I got was that they were looking into it. If you don't want to be harmed, don't buy from here!

Pre-ordered a figure 14 months ago and…
Pre-ordered a figure 14 months ago and it's still not shipped to me. This is beyond ridiculous at this point. The estimated date for the figure to be in stock was changed more than 5 times which results in extending the period of delivery. As of July 2023 I'm yet to receive my order from may 2022. It's infuriating.
Made another mistake later on to pre-order 2 more figures which were expected to be shipped back in April. I feel like I'm being scammed. I was patient enough to give them many months trusting them that it can indeed be a delay from their suppliers, but having to wait this long is unfair to your customers and extremely disrespectful.

Was a bit skeptical after reading…
Was a bit skeptical after reading reviews and having a few bad experiences from other sites with better reviews but im pleasantly surprised after giving global freaks a try because they had the items I wanted for cheaper price. Placed the order on the 28th of May and it took 15 days to get from Spain to the UK, I'd say it was a pleasant experience. Thanks GlobalFreaks!

Great transaction with global freaks. Ordered quite an expensive item with them so was a little worried, not hearing about them before but didn’t need to be… answered all my questions via WhatsApp and fast postage which was well packed. Great item, very happy with the service

Do not trust them with pre-orders as they will try to scam you.
Global-freaks have a policy that if you pre-order anything, you can get a full refund if you cancel within 14 days of placing a pre-order or if the item is delayed by more than 3 months. Their other conditions are a 80% refund if you choose to cancel after 14 days or if the item is delayed for less than 3 months and you changed your mind.
So I placed an order in October 2022, item was supposed to be delivered by the end of December the same year and I made enquiries if their supplier had delivered and they said that there were delays until January.
Contacted them again the following month and the same answer. Contacted them in February and the same response until I saw several other retailers with the same product in stock but a higher mark up.
Anyway we arrive in March and because I had no update I asked for a refund. They tried to stall the process by responding with their terms and conditions of applying for a refund.
I got in touch with PayPal and filed a dispute and all of a sudden they responded via WhatsApp to say that they are expecting delivery of such pre-orders in the forthcoming weeks, so if I didn’t want to wait I could get a credit note or a refund the following week.
After asking for a direct refund they had the audacity to say that they will refund me when they receive UK pounds in their PayPal account. Which could be weeks as there’s no guarantee that they would get sales for the amount of around £250 from uk customers. Then trying to be clever they deleted the listing off their website despite claiming that they would get a delivery in “several weeks”.
In the end I just escalated my dispute with PayPal and they gave me a refund straight away after I provided them with proof of emails and WhatsApp messages.
Bottom line is that if you want to order things in stock then be my guest however be warned that with pre-orders you are at your own risk.
With the deception that they tried to pull off, I’m not shopping there again.

I order 3 figures in August and they are preorders. The products will be shipped in November but they didn't ship at all, so I asked the sellers the date of ship. Then, they said the date of ship is December, so I waited for the ship. However, actually they shipped the products in January, and I received the items in February. I opened the packaging, there is only 1 figure even though I ordered 3 figures. I ask the sellers through the website, they didn't reply at all. Also, Paypal refund time was over, I didn't get a refund. So, I recommend you to purchase the figures from other sites. Don't use this website!

Purchase all of my Dragon Ball Z…
Purchase all of my Dragon Ball Z figures with them. Ordered with them, at least seven times now. They maybe slow but has the best price and great product once arrived. Will continue to support their business. One thing to note is that they only accept Paypal, even with credit card is thru Paypal. Paypal only protects you 180 days. Some of the pre-order last 7-8 months out. So each time I pre-order something I am taking that risk, just FYI. Remember, It is a good store until something goes wrong, like with any business.

I've ordered 10-15 Dragon Ball Adverge figures and all transactions have been smooth and pleasant.
Never had any issues, and comms have been pleasant during any ordering mishaps. Would look to them first if I want to buy more.
Also quick despatch to UK from Spain.

I’ve ordered from them before. It was legit, but it was MONTHS late. I preordered two orders with 2 figures in one of them and 4 in the other. The first 2 was supposed yo be sent at the end of august and has STILL mot arrived. On the other order the latest figure was supposed to be in stock at the end of november. Two of the figures are now not on their website. I’ve sent them several messages and they’re saying «we just got them, we’ll send them out today». Still nothing. Then I ask a week later and then they say they will send it this week. Still nothing. Im honestly so dissapointed and I do NOT reccomend them. You can buy them cheaper and USED faster then Global Freaks will even send them out. I’ve had understanding, but waiting half a year extra is too long.

Overall a good experience
I ordered a figure that wasn’t in stock yet. It arrived later than expected, but customer service was great and I always received quick replies with status updates.
After the figure arrived with Global Freaks, it was shipped quickly and arrived at my address within days. Everything looks good, the figures were securely packaged.
I’m happy with my experience overall. A little patience is needed but I think that’s always the case when you pre-order something.

When i contacted them they said "We have not, yet received any Busts" ?
The item has been released and is available for purchase everywhere as normal..

Fantastic webshop!
Good packaging, With fast and helpful customer service, My only complaint would be that when a product gets delayed the consumer is pretty much just left in the dark until it eventually shows up on your doorstep.. If a product is delayed it would be beneficial for the consumer if they updated the product page with at least a message that states that an item is delayed that way the consumer knows about the delay without having to contact customer service.

Good service with a lot of patience
Pre-ordered something last year and used their installment plan and I chose to pay in 4 installments. After paying for the first two installments, I completely forgot to pay their third and fourth installment. The third installment was eventually almost reaching two months being overdue and instead of canceling the order, they instead sought out to me on WhatsApp and reminded me that I had to unfilfilled installments left. I'm really grateful that they decided to approach me in this way instead of canceling the pre-order alltogether.
