REPORT TO ECC TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK
EDIT: After filing a report with ECC, these scammers gave us a full refund rather quick. So to everyone who lives in Europe I recommend not waiting to get anything out of them through nice means and just straight up filing a report to your consumer rights agency, you will save so much time and unnecessary hassle, trust me, they do not care otherwise.
I would like to add to what other people are saying about these scammers. Do not preorder anything from this shop, the delivery date on the website is not accurate, they will just drag you along providing you with false delivery dates, my package got delayed for 3 months, and they still do not even know when it will arrive and they only offer 80% refund of your order, even though delivery is delayed for months due to their fault. Customer support is very unprofessional and rude, at best they will ignore you for a month or will just reply with the same copy paste response every month you ask for a refund, they will just say that they do not know when the item is arriving and can only refund you 80% due to their “policy”. I’m not even sure if I’m getting my money back since after I gave up and agreed to 80% refund they just ghosted me again. If you do not want to just throw your money away, I recommend to not buy anything from them, it’s clear that they will steal your money blatantly and not even be apologetic about it.
Edit: And their reply to this review just proves my point. No product delivered after waiting for more than 3 months from initial delivery date and no refund issued either, and their reply is that it is not a scam and completely legal to just take your money and not deliver product that you paid for. Well you’ve been reported to ECC and I guess they can investigate whether it’s legal to steal money for people or not.

First of all, they make pre-orders available a year or so in advance without so that you wouldn't be able to use PayPal's 180 days refund.
When the day of said delivery comes in get delayed for months while other stores have item in stores, but if you want to refund you can only get 80% if 3 months haven't passed on the pre-order item and then it is not known when or if the refund will come.
Support will ghost you unless you'll threatening to report them.
Horrible, don't buy, ESPECIALLY DON"T PREORDER OR YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT FOR MONTHS AND GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK IS JUST FRUSTRATING!!!!

Do not preorder items or pay upfront in this store
It used to be one of the best stores to preorder items. But now, since Frebruary this year, they stopped shipping their preorders on time, with major delays and without any clear responses. So now I'm left without knowing what's going to happen to my preorders, if I will receive them or not. They also promised to fix everything multiple times, the last time they said mid June things would be fixed, but it's just not happening. I have at least 4 figures that were already released in every other single store, one of them for a few months already, and there is still no estimates.
I have over 600 euros in 10 different preorders, 4 of which should have been received already and now I am thinking I will lose all the money and the figures.
I struggle to buy these figures because my income is not that high, but I still love to collect them and it's my hobby, something that helps me focus on something else rather than just work, problems and life in general. I paid all of them as soon as I preordered, one or two each month, and now I'm worried I'm going to lose it all and have to spend the money again to buy them at higher prices from different stores...

Orders are severely delayed or never shipped, and when requesting a refund, they have the audacity to threaten with KEEPING YOUR MONEY!!!! AVOID-AVOID-AVOID buying here for the sake of your sanity, customer service is horrible with rude communication defending why customers SHOULD wait JUST BECAUSE THEY SAY SO. I will file claims with PAYPAL and will write Bandai Corporate for a response on behalf of this shady seller.

Great stock but be a little patience
For years now I’ve pre-ordered many an item, and these have always been delivered in impeccable condition. The ordering process itself isn’t the most user-friendly experience and sometimes mistakes can happen on your or their end, but these have always been fixed by a quick e-mail to their support in which I must say the responses have always been to the point and friendly. It is indeed true that some shipments are delayed (by their or the suppliers fault) and that they can improve on the communication about these delays, but as stated before a quick email will give you the much needed clarification.
But all in all I believe they are worth trusting with your money

AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!!
Same as the rest of the other reviewers here.. I pre-ordered an item that although it was released they couldn't give me an estimate on when they would receive and ship it to me, so I requested a refund.
Three months after they say they "issued" my refund I'm still waiting for the money and they are still claiming that my refund is "in queue"!
In addition most emails go unanswered or I receive juvenile/angry responses like "as we told we the refund is already issued but we dont know when it will be done"
Thankfully I will be visiting Barcelona soon and I will pay them a visit to witness the wonderful operation of this business first hand
UPDATE: One month later they still haven't issued my refund and they have the nerve to reply regarding only the shipment of the item but they don't even mention the refund process... As I said AVOID AT ALL COST

Good When Buying In Stock
Ordered recently a Super Sonico BiCute Bunnies Blue Rabbit Ver. FuRyu figure : it arrived fast - was shipped with Tipsa from Spain to Portugal and then via DPD - it seems that sadly DPD got my address wrong due to some similarities with another adress, however I was able to pick my package at a DPD pickup point.
Now I am still waiting on a Marin Kitagawa Noodle Stopper Furyu that I pre-ordered in July of last year, still no updates on it and it has dissappeared from the website.
Would like to know when could it possibly arrive, since I have seen the same figure being available in many other places..

Now waiting almost three months for refund. Customer service on their website has ignored my messages since April 23rd. My last review on this site was replied to with utter nonsense.
I'm still waiting for my refund which was "added to the queue" almost 3 months ago.
If you want to see what you're dealing with when interacting with this company, just look at the response to my last review. They make a ludicrous excuse that the issues in Yemen have caused delays of 2 to 4 months for them and "all the shops in Europe". This makes absolutely no sense in my case, as the product was released in Japan in December 2022 and was in stock in other European stores in March 2023, 14 months ago and long before the start of these Yemen shipping issues.
Their response also suggests that they barely even read my review. I'm gone beyond the stage of waiting for the figure as my refund was approved and added to the queue almost 3 months ago. I'm also laughing at their response to another review on here claiming that the refunds are done manually and take about 5 days. My refund has been in the queue for almost 90 days!
Do not order anything with this company. When a company gives absurd excuses for product delays, refuses to refund even when promising to, and then ignores all attempts to contact them on their customer service, it's more than enough to tell where the company is heading ...

REFUND POSTPONED AND MONEY STOLEN
After 2 preorders delayed for months, Globalfreaks agreed to refund me but after 3 weeks they are not able to tell me when I will get the refund because depends from the queue managed by their own accountant that manage the refunds. For real Globalfreaks? Is this the way how an expert and well known company deal with customer? My money were stolen and I feel scammed.
Really this is not a situation I could ever imagine to manage with you guys. You are playing with people putting their savings in their passion and you do not care.
Last I will sue you, but question is: Is this the only way to manage issues Globalfreaks?
EDIT : Tired of waiting my refund in queue, I decided to change my rufund in store credit (they proceeded very quicky) buying figures I am not interested to.
I had very bad time with them, lost a lot of time and got worried for long. I will never buy anything more from them, delete my data and unfollow their pages. I am done with GlobalFreaks.

Terrible store lately
I didn’t have problems in the past but lately… I preordered two items separately. Same story, they have been released and are in stock everywhere else. Their customer service only keeps saying it’s going to be a few weeks that turned into months and still nothing. What happened to their good store and service? I have a bunch of pre orders. I feel like I’m just gonna lose all my money. I won’t be preordering anymore from them. Pixelate is much better now.

Global freaks experience so far
Global freaks aka Dbzfreaks has been my number one shop from 2019 till now.
I have ordered for roughly 4000 euro and had 15 shipments delivered in good condition.
I've pre ordered a lot more(7 shipments) in 2023 and I am now waiting with excitement. But two things have changed. For some reason since 2023 shipment status doesn't change in their system to delivered. It stays purple even tho I received them.
Second more important thing is that there seems to be way more delay in shipments.
And reading the latest reviews I'm not the only customer who had problems.
Maybe it's not in your control. But then you should keep your customers updated in general about delays before they lose their patience. Like in E mails.
Or a message board. With updates on release dates etcetera or delays from some figures.
Because of my good experiences in the years before I will remain patient. I think it's unfair how some people react in their review. Mostly because their pre order release date from a year back isn't exact. It's an estimated time. My Blue eyes white dragon has changed from 31 - 01 to 31-04. Anyway I'm more patient because I've also had good experiences from their first years.
I contacted their customer service and I am understanding that succes can lead to overwhelming amount of work and also customers support will get busier.
Anyway If you read this.
I would appreciate if you could look into my orders and if one or two figures are delaying a bunch for a while now. I suggest you offer to ship the ones in stock first with no additional shipment costs.

This is my go store for dragon ball sh Figuarts, prices are great but keep in mind they get their stock later compared to other stores, but if you don’t mind waiting is great, they are in Spain so if you are in the USA the usps will deliver them,usually takes around 10 days from the moment they ship them website is easy to navigate and the pricing is awesome so yeah give them a try

I had never bought a figurine before so I bought a "cheaper" one to try it out. You know how it is. I bought it last Friday, and now, Monday it arrived, super well packed, in perfect condition, the figure looks AMAZING, and it even came with a small little trinket (a Vegeta to assemble)! I am so glad about the quality and everything else, I have bought several others and pre-ordered some awesome more expensive Berserk and Evangelion figures. Amazing! Will buy from them again (and again, and again). You have a new client! Keep up the good work!
EDIT(14.12.2024): I was forced to edit this review, as only the first out of the 4 items ever came. The pre-orders for figures that are widely available elsewhere at this point weren't shipped..so I Google it and now find out they are bankrupt...so much money lost. Ghosted by them of course. And since +6 months passed PayPal doesn't care either of course...I'll never pre-order anything anymore.

Got in touch with them MULTIPLE times and they kept on feeding me lies and completely ignored my request for a refund! Do yourself a favor and order somewhere else

Good prices and service, and will resolve any issues
I’ve been ordering with them for a few years now, the prices are great and they have a good selection of figurines. With my last order however the postal service lost my parcel. This was very disappointing but Global Freaks resolved it by sending me the order again even though it wasn’t their fault. They were also very quick with their responses and easy to contact. So my experience with them has been nothing but good so far.

Decent store
They are a decent store with good prices. One reason I decided to give em a try were actually some other reviews I saw. They were overall positive and in one instance a customer complained about the toy box being beat and global freaks replied with them actually offering help which the customer supposedly refused.
So I went for a purchase of two figures and both had issues. One toy box had a broken blister inside, the figure itself was largely okay but the packaging sadly not which is a big deal to me since I collect the boxes too.
The other figure had some issues with the paint. I contacted the store about both issues. The initial response was very fast and helpful, I got asked about additional pictures to prove the purchase and they helped me to identify what was needed specifically.
After sending the pictures I've been told they do nothing about toy boxes and blisters as they are considered packaging. Now this is where I feel pranked. I made clear in the first message one issue was solely the toy box and I was asked to provide additional pictures. Why ask me to take them when there is no chance anyways? It also means the response I saw under other reviews was outdated at the very least since I was offered no further help there.
Regarding the other figure they said they'll contact the manfucaturer and see what can be done. After hearing nothing for nearly a month I asked again about it and they asked me what's left to check since everything was apparently fixed from their point of view. I explain that only one issue has been properly answered and they wanted to contact the manufacturer.
After a few weeks I ask yet again to receive the reply the manufacturer just replied and the damage is considered too minor to do anything.
While that is understandable, it is a bit disheartening that part of the request has been entirely forgotten and then having to ask repeatedly for a response.
They were however always polite, the items were packed well and shipped without delays.
