BE VERY CAREFUL TO REVIEW TERMS. I purchased the Woofz App for what I believed to be 19.99 a month auto payment. When in fact it was 99.99 a month. Nobody in their right mind would pay that, so I know for a fact they did not disclose that amount clearly when i purchased through paypal. So make sure you pay very close attention and scan every bit of the page before purchase. They will charge a different amount than you believe your paying. They also would not refund the 99.99 when I brought it to their attention that it stated what I thought was 19.99 a month. I tried to dispute the charge and I was informed basically "to bad you agreed to it". This to me is scammy behavior to charge whatever they want by sneaking in prices you aren't aware of.

Chasing my tail trying to cancel

Just signed up for an app offered by this company. I saw it on Facebook and now that I have it I don’t like it. Tried to cancel it and it doesn’t show up on my subscriptions even though it’s on my apple account. Gismart makes it nearly impossible to cancel and says support takes 12-24 hours. STAY AWAY

DO NOT TRUST

Never opt for a trial with this company. We were struggling with our puppy training so opted for a one off premium payment of about £15 on their app Woofz. It then began to charge us the £39.99 with no warning at all. From reading their other reviews it is clear that this is a purposeful tactic to sneakily scam money out of people and I am not happy at all and would like a refund. Do not download their apps!

THEY R THEIVES AND WANT TO START A CIVIL SUIT

If I could give no stars, I would. This company makes it impossible to cancel in the 1st place and when I had finally figured it out I was smart enough to take a screenshot of the cancelation. Come to find out they have been still stealing $ from my account for months even after the cancelation. I wrote an email today to the email with "famio.review " in subject like requesting a full refund of stolen $ or I was going to BBB and starting a CIVIL SUIT IF THE MATTER WASNT TAKEN CARE OF IN THE NEXT 24 HRS. I WILL FOLLOW UP WITH MY REVIEW IN THE NEXT 2 DAYS AND LEAVE MY EMAIL FOR AMYONE WHO IS INTERESTED IN STARTING A CIVIL SUIT. i did a free trial for “my famio” or…

i did a free trial for “my famio” or “famio live” to track family- and ever since ive been trying to contact and cancel everything. No response at all and im unsure with what to do, absolute scam do not fall for there “free 50p”trials. I did it via apple pay and has rejected, as i dont have enough funds atm but eitherway how do i cancel it???

I quite using any app from them

I quite using any app from them. I didn't know I there was a monthly charge on my account until I stopped using that bank. They wouldn't cancel my subscription right away after contacting them and keep on charging me. I never even used the app. Don't use this app.

Rubbish

I paid £9,for the trial, but never received anything. Like most people l didn't know it was a subscription.
Since then they have taken another 2 payments about £60.
So be careful.

fraudulent charge.

My bank shut down my bank card this morning due to a fraudulent charge. I had no idea who gismart is, but, my bank knew who they are. Now, any payments, purchases will appear to be unpaid, due to my being charged for something I didn't even know about by gismart. It will take me HOURS to go through all accounts updating my new card number WHEN it does come in. Shame on Gismart!

Scamming thieves

I guess I am joining the ranks of folks being charged monthly without proper notification of being charged. I signed up for Dancebit and was assured I would not be charged past the trial period. Unfortunately they continued charging me a monthly fee of ~$42 without my knowledge. When I did notice, it was because my bank overdrafted. GISMART refused to refund me, stating that my consent to terms and conditions authorized monthly payments. Not once did I have the opportunity to read these alleged Terms and Conditions. I opened a claim through PayPal which was denied and ruled in their favor. I am sick to my stomach and feel ROBBED. NEVER sign up for anything with this company! They don’t give a crap about you and will do everything to steal your hard earned money and gaslight you.

This is a big SCAMMER

This is a big SCAMMER. Beware!
They are not transparent with their subscription charge, will trick you into subscribing, never communicate with you about charges or subscriptions, and won't refund you even if you never use the service. You can't cancel the subscription via your phone. They charged me $59.99 twice, in June and Sept via PayPal. I lodged disputes via PayPal because I had no idea that I had subscribed to them, but PayPal let them win. They have a way to work around this, and you won't get your money back.
JUST DON'T EVER USE Woofz or any of their Apps. I have learnt my lesson the hard way.
Another bad thing is they have charged me $59.99 for 3 months of services from 10/09/24, but they have kicked me out of using the service. I can no longer access the App Woofz. They said that because I opened a dispute with PayPal. I need to wait till PayPal makes the final decision. And now PayPal has made the decision for them to win, but they still haven't given me access to the app, even though I paid $59.99 for 3 months. A genuine business will never do this.

Gismart is NOT a good company

I signed up for a trial period for an chair yoga app. It was not chair yoga. I thought I had cancelled any future payments. Evidently their only method for cancelling future subscriptions is on a website I did not have. They refuse to refund my $49.99. Their customer service has happy bouncy messages without any help. Stay clear. Edit: Just to be clear, the email Gismart refers to is several days old where they reiterate that they are NOT refunding my $49.99. I stand by my statement: Steer clear of this company
