Very satisfied
I scoured the internet for Cherry Chapstick - which seem increasingly hard and expensive to get hold of - and was delighted to find a whole box of them for a great price. They were delivered promptly and I'm thrilled to have a stack of them. Great service.

"Out of stock" - disappointing
Ordering process was easy enough. However, received an email to say product was out of stock and a refund had been made. Disappointing as the price was right. To avoid upsetting customers - link the items in stock with those being advertised! Simples...
I won't bother using this company again due to their poor stock control. Although rated at two stars must say there was no friction. Just annoyance on my part over wasted time seaching web and having to wait for refunded money to clear PayPal.

Great service
I couldn't fault Fragrance Mad, the products arrived promptly, great value and well packaged. It didn't say on the website though that they were using a courier company instead of regular post, and I had a bit of hassle with a mix up of delivery addresses, but that wasn't the fault of Fragrance Mad. I would pay a little extra for just regular post delivery.
