I was told that my parcel had arrived at the local Parcel Shop in the High St. Post Office. Despite a 20 minute search the PO clerk couldn't find it. Although I bank with FD primarily on-line I just have to say how great it is to be able to easily speak to a a very nice real person when I do phone them!
I find their on-line apps, on both a desktop iMac and iPhone, to be very easy to use. I can't really think of anything I would want to add or change.

I ordered on-line just a small tub of Sadolin Woodfiller. For starters, the price was reasonable - in fact better than most elsewhere. Then I discovered, amazingly, delivery was free - for something less than £10. Then, almost unbelievably, FedEx delivered the tub (in a very well packed parcel marked 'Fragile", the very next day! What more can I say - fantastic on-line service and highly recommended.

A 5L can of Barrettine fence paint was very promptly delivered and packed in secure packing that ensured the container wasn't dented. Impressive service, very reasonable price so the company is highly recommended.

I've been with First Direct since day one. Firsr rate service - and I always get to speak with real people if I phone and there are no phone menus to plough through. On line, I find both the mobile app and the Mac app both work great. Intuitive and not over fussy. I highly recommend the bank.

Everything worked fine for the holiday. The on-line account with Sykes was easy to manage. The lodge listing was accurate. When the owner of the lodge contacted us shortly before our arrival he was incredibly helpful and this made it all so easy.
Only small gripe is about the number of emails sent to me by Sykes. Since the date of booking there must have been hundreds of them - literally! I didn't want to opt out in case there was something important to see about the holiday. A holiday booking shouldn't give the agency the right to continuously bombard the customer almost on a daily basis with other holiday suggestions. ...alernartively, make it far more obvious how to opt out without missing necessary stuff.
Still 5 stars though!

Same here! I ordered a trap on 8th May and still waiting. A company check seems to indicate that they are no longer trading - however the website is active and will even auto-remind if you leave something in the basket and then leave the website.
Strongly advise do not touch this company with a barge pole!

My wife and I have had accounts with Shawbrook on and off for years. Sadly things appear to have gone downhill. My wife has a maturing a/c and the roll-over offerings when she logs on were not as good as everyone else is offered via their website! However, she found a workaround to this and Shawbrook have acknowledged that they now have the maturity instructions. ...but when she logs in to her accounts Shawbrook still remind her that she has an a/c requiring maturity instructions. Also, and this is really annoying, when logged in if she opens any message in the 'Messages' section she has no way of returning to her logged in session. The file opens and leaves her with no back buttons. The browser back button obviously doesn't work. (Our browser hasn't changed.)
Repeated statements of "We are very busy at the moment" are about as much use as a chocolate teapot! This is no way to handle people's money.
A poor, deteriorating service with what appears to be worrying mismanagement and online advice.

Easy ordering on line followed by email updates then by a Special Delivery of a very well wrapped parcel to keep the coins safe. Love the friendly phone call to check that the proposed delivery date was good for me - nice touch.

Lots of pre-delivery advices by text and email. Friendly driver and an undamaged parcel. Perfect!

I have 3 x EufyCam 2 cameras, 4 x EufyCam 2C cameras, 1 x Battery Doorbell (but hard wired) and 4 x Homebase 2. Everything works quite well but the major disappointments/failings are:
1) Geofencing does not work well. The Eufy app needs to be running for geofencing to work. I.e. geofencing does not work in the background when the Eufy app has not been launched. This needs fixing soon.
2) The recording delay between detected movement and the recording starting is too long. Surely it could be less than the 3 seconds or so...
3) If a camera is sited parallel to a wall the infrared at night does not work well. White flare will show along the wall. A solution would be great.
4) The firmware update request feature in the Eufy app does not appear to work. Firmware appears to be only updated when pushed by Eufy. If you are near the bottom of the push list you could wait a long time for an update!

On the plus side:
a) The unit build is good - solid cameras, homebases and the excellent packing and presentation of the boxed item is very like Apple products.
b) Camera images are quite good.
c) Battery life is good provided you don't have a very high number of detections and notifications.
d) Eufy folk are nice to contact!

Big items on the wishlist:
i) Connectivity between Homebases. it would be verfy useful to be able to have an automation across two Homebases on the same local network.
ii) I need the ability to temporarily shut down my whole system with just one or two clicks. At the moment it is far too complicated.
iii) Provide a decent app for Mac OSX. The current Eufy app for OSX is useless. it only allows downloading of recorded events. Nothing else! Furthermore it does not support the battery doorbell (it just shows as 'not support') - even though it is connected to a Homebase 2. This needs fixing and soon. We need an app for Apple Mac laptops and desktops running OSX that works just like the mobile Eufy app with all of the features. This has now been made possible with Mac Catalyst so no excuses Eufy - just get it done please!

I have had to purchase some different mounting brackets for some of my cameras as those provided by Eufy could not be sufficiently adjusted.

Despite the gripes, I still like Eufy and find that mostly it works well for me.
BUT PLEASE, PLEASE PROVIDE A SENSIBLE APP FOR MAC OSX!

Very quick delivery of a 2c security camera package. Everything working fine. Just a pity that the the app for Mac OSX doesn't work the same as the app for IOS and Android. It is just a way of downloading captured video to a PC.
