Ordered orla kiely perfume few days before Christmas and was delivered in time for Christmas, great prices great service

I made a mistake or my computer did, and I was in line to receive what I did not want. Rang the office and Sandra stopped the wrong delivery and replaced it with what I wished to buy.
Mostly with other suppliers when the order is wrongly stuck in the computer - that's it. The rigmarole to make a correction is daunting.
Not so with Fragrance Mad - should be renamed Fragrance Caring

I will always buy locally if I can find a product at a reasonable price and available. However, Fragrance Mad's price was such a great bargain and their website easy to use and the product was delivered, well packaged, within a few days. I will certainly be using them again.

Bought a great priced perfume only to be refunded the next day and an email sent saying the product was not in stock. Very disappointing and extremely poor business to not be aware of their own stock before selling to the public. Poor - first experience of this firm and will not be using this site again.

My order was delivered quickly but one of the items ordered was missing. It was out of stock even though it was in stock when I ordered it??Fragrance Mad did provide a refund without explaining which item was not sent. I would have appreciated being told that the item was not available prior to delivery to give me a chance to order an alternative instead of having to place another order. It was not worth paying the delivery charge for just one item. The communication of any order issues can be improved.

All items purchased were as expected. Delivery was prompt and well packaged.
