Our fitter Wayne was polite, speedy and very professional. The job has been completed quickly and to an excellent standard. All those who came to help were friendly and organised. Thank you so much for the excellent work, great communication and efficient turnaround of a full kitchen change.

Just had a bathroom fitted by Dan and…
Just had a bathroom fitted by Dan and Harvey - I’m extremely happy with the finished bathroom. Dan was very helpful from the first consultation until completion of the works. The electrician was also very helpful- he explained everything he was doing in detail and I had no qualms about leaving them all in the house to do the work while I went to work. They were also very careful with doors being closed etc as I had some very young kittens still being nursed by their mum.

I recently had a new bathroom fitted by Charlie & I couldn’t be happier with it. He was thorough, extremely hard working & had great attention to detail. He took the time to speak me through the process before he started which made the whole process clear & easy.

The man who fitted the kitchen was…
The man who fitted the kitchen was absolutely amazing, very friendly and polite and nothing was to much trouble. My little dog thought he was great. The electrician was the same, friendly and professional, they did a marvellous job.

Not good enough
Having been repeated let down by Flagship they are now defending themselves by saying that a colleague did try and contact me. Strictly speaking that is correct. The reality is, however, I did receive a call but it was not to ring for long, so much so I was never given chance to answer it and they never tried ringing back later. That is the extent to which Flagship will try and contact you.

Charlie - New bathroom install.
Charlie fitted my new bathroom. He was quick and efficient completing the job in 2 days and a couple of hours. He was polite and respectful of me and the property at all times. He answered all questions I had clearly. The finished job looks fantastic and I am very happy with it.

Wayne was a total babe. Made our disaster of a kitchen look beautiful. I was told he'd get the kitchen done quickly but didn't expect a day and a half! Many thanks! Really pleased with the kitchen!

New kitchen
Just had a new kitchen put in. Phil who fitted the kitchen was excellent nothing was too much trouble. He was able to answer any questions I had and deal with them accordingly. The electrician was also great too. Steve the painter did an excellent job decorating the kitchen. I was very pleased with the whole process and finished kitchen.

Lovely bathroom refit
Dan came to do my bathroom refit and couldnt be happier , he went through the options of the decor and i was able to pick the decor , he came back the following week to start the refit , he put sheets down to protect the hall , he kept me informed , i cannot fault his work the bathroom looks great and better than i ever imagined , he was polite and friendly ...all in all im very happy

Kitchen replacement…
We have just had a kitchen replacement done and we have been so impressed by Rory and the rest of the team.
Rory, the electrician, did our wiring. It has been a pleasure to know him. His work is meticulous, and added to that, he is just a lovely person.

Poor practises.
Tenancy support workers/ rent account managers often speak poorly about their tenants behind their backs. Rent managers are busy making content for their own social media accounts. Lack of safeguarding from some tenancy support officers, which resulted in a fire at a home in wymondham.
