Fantastic experience!
My experience with Tom was fantastic from start to finish. He was incredibly positive, informative, and always quick to respond to my questions and queries. This meant a lot to me, especially as someone with ADHD who can easily forget things, but Tom always made sure I stayed informed throughout the process.
Everyone he connected me with was also very patient and helpful, which made a huge difference. As a vulnerable adult with ADHD going through a divorce, I truly felt seen, supported, and well taken care of during the process of purchasing my property.
Tom has such a lovely, positive energy — he’s the kind of person you can easily chat to about anything. I’m incredibly grateful that I was guided through this experience by someone so kind and professional.
I would highly recommend Bromford and Tom’s expertise and friendly approach to anyone looking to move. People often say that moving is one of the most stressful things we do as adults, but Tom made the whole process feel smooth, easy, and surprisingly quick.

BROMFORD COMPLAINTS RESPONSE
Live in a block of 6 flats. 1 door entry. Intercom to let visitors in. Took 3 visits from boc to replace key fob box which was not taking enough electricity to let us open main door. I was even woken by my neighbour 5am on a Sunday to let him in. Now since September I been asking boc to fix my intercom as when u press to let someone in u can’t hear over the scratching noise. 2 weeks ago I rang & complained daily. Last operator fran said I never passed security questions. ???? I’ve put in 2 complaints . Was told tell our coach… done that. Who ever is his supervisor obviously no ideal what to do because he then told me he reported it. Still not done then he told me put a complaint in. This is a security issue. I no longer feel safe in my own home. & it seems any messaging to Bromford has no effect. Boc say they had no repair numbers & bromford’s end say it’s been reported. 🤔😡

We both felt used…
We both felt used by the mortgage and sales advisor in telford (The Hem) nothing was transparent as stated on bromford website, we felt rushed and pressure put on to secure a property.
I was using my own mortgage advisor through work which saved us £500. Bromford mortgage advisor was putting pressure on and using sales jargon to try to convince us to go with him.
A property was secured and a mortgage in principal via them was accepted, once we Said we wanted to go with our own advisor the tables turned.
We both felt very stressed by the whole encounter, this was an absolute disgrace from start to nearly finish, it seemed their pitch is to sell sell sell, it seems they have
compassion for their customers but in reality this is all part of the sales pitch
This experience has put us off going to bromford in the future

Disappointing Experience with Bromford Home Sales
My experience with Bromford Home Sales has been extremely disappointing. From the outset, I felt pressured by persistent and overly aggressive sales tactics that made the entire process feel more like a hard sell than genuine customer service.
Despite raising a formal complaint about the way I was being treated, I’ve received no response from their complaints team. The lack of follow-up only reinforced my concerns about how little value is placed on customer care.
It’s clear the homes will sell regardless, but that doesn’t justify treating prospective buyers with such disregard. In the end, I decided not to proceed any further. I would not recommend Bromford Home Sales based on this experience.

* Not a good experience from your Mortgage Advice bureau- they gave wrong info - when asking a valid question to be be told "I'm on A/L now so turning my computer off" is not good advice with no answer to question??
Beautiful homes excellent speedy response from Bromford - Just a huge shame they are badly let down by Mab when buyers need help to purchase shared ownership homes.
