Friendly and very efficient. Dennis Aaron and Rory were all brilliant nothing was too much trouble
Wayne was very friendly and professional so was the whole team who did our kitchen and it’s turned out perfectly, I have no faults or issues with anything that was done.

Just had a new kitchen put in. Phil who fitted the kitchen was excellent nothing was too much trouble. He was able to answer any questions I had and deal with them accordingly. The electrician was also great too. Steve the painter did an excellent job decorating the kitchen. I was very pleased with the whole process and finished kitchen.

We have just had a kitchen replacement done and we have been so impressed by Rory and the rest of the team.
Rory, the electrician, did our wiring. It has been a pleasure to know him. His work is meticulous, and added to that, he is just a lovely person.
As are all the team.

I am an OAP who now finds myself living on my own and, for a number of reasons, is desperate to move and downsize at the same time. You would think, with the apparent need for social housing, my landlord (Flagship) would want to help me in finding accommodation more suitable for a single person. Not a bit of it, and whilst I stay living where I am, in a village where I have no friends or family and the nearest shop is four miles away, my mental health is deteriorating massively.

Such a bad landlord they are . All about taken your money don't do nothing for it. Had 5 years at bury station Edmunds they were bad move now to Felixstowe they are weres hear. Than bury have lived in a lot of places this wose place I have lived.the manger no better here. Wait I give up to move to a place like this . Secure building I had a package stolen on Tuesday outside my flat.sone body in the building .took it.worth£ 200 pound a new flagship would do nothing about it I have reported to the police wait place to live. . The way the manger treat you is shocking. In next 2 weeks will decide to put all my stuff in storage a live in the car with my cat . That's wait it's come down to.

Poor practises.
Tenancy support workers/ rent account managers often speak poorly about their tenants behind their backs. Rent managers are busy making content for their own social media accounts. Lack of safeguarding from some tenancy support officers, which resulted in a fire at a home in wymondham.

Whoever is thinking of using this housing association.. RUN A MILE! They tell lies and fob you off!
They do a wonderful job of not answering reviews. You pose question's and they ignore them, passing onto their teams to learn is a waste of time. The policies they adopt at team level is set by the board, which in my honest opinion are out there depth. I have been lucky to deal with boards that are creative and deliver, I'm afraid Flagship will never do this with the current incumbents' on the current board.
We brought a shared ownership home via flagship a few years ago and have just recently completed in its sale - so I feel I have a whole understanding of the process.
Shared ownership isn’t for everyone, but at the time, our choice was own 50% or rent. Shared ownership for us, is possibly the wisest thing we did. It allowed us to build up enough equity in the property along with job changes and pay increases to enable us to now purchase 100% of a property.
As for Flagship specifically - we have literally had no bad experience or communication.
Providing you pay your rent on time, they won’t contact you unless it’s in regards to annual increases (everything increases and I personally found their increases completely justifiable.)
Purchasing process and sales process both went seamless. For the purchase there was a quick affordability check and we were set. For the sale, we made sure we ticked all of flagships boxes before listing (independently valued the house, EPCs etc), and doing this meant it was a quick as an email to get the property listed.
It seems like Flagship get some bad reviews overall, but genuinely, I have no bad words to say.
Ultimately, pay for your bills on time, expect an annual increases (minimal) and when you come to sell, read the sellers guide to tick the boxes, and you’ll have a happy hassle free time in your home!

My partner and I have bought a shared ownership property and we cannot recommend flagship enough. Bryony helped us through the process and was amazing from start to finish! We had no idea where to start but she was so patient with us, we truly couldn’t have done it without her and can’t thank her and the team enough!🏡

What is the point.
What is the point of sending an email for "champion monthly Survey" if you click the link log in click on victory homes and there is nothing there.
My IQ is higher. In fact higher than your CEO'S yet you continue to mess around with my head.
And i am not ringing customer service to discuss this as all they do is email someone else as they cannot think outside the box.

We bought our shared ownership home with Flagship three years ago, and we’ve just completed the process of staircasing to 100% ownership. We wouldn’t have been able to own a home in the area we love without Flagship’s shared ownership option — it truly made homeownership possible for us.
Throughout the whole journey, the Flagship team has been incredibly supportive. In particular, Carly has been amazing during the staircasing process. She guided us through every step, helped resolve any issues we faced, and made sure we always felt supported.
Thank you!

So somebody called kelly said someone from anti-social team would contact me within 2 working days and now it the 3rd day. No call. Also they give you the 0300 number to call which is pointless as you cannot speak to the department. They just send an email on your behalf then you have to wait another 5 days but i did this not 5 days ago but 6 weeks ago.
Eventually i will be taking Victory to court over past issues and finally the supreme court to prove that middle management directors and the CEO are incompetant when it comes to being in the 21st century as to contact anyone they have a ARCHAIC SYSTEM in place. I have been with 3 housing associations and dealt with 10 more for other people as a Lay Representative and VICTORY/FLAGSHIP are the worst.
Court will happen. Be warned.
