My son learned some great new skills in coding so I am pleased he attended the sessions. The content and tasks were applicable and useful. I just think the course was quite pricey and could be accessible to more people if it was priced more reasonably, which may help reduce the fees. My son has done other coding courses where the presenters are more hands-on and can access the student's screen to provide more specific support.

My 9 year old really enjoyed the course. He was glad to do some script coding as well as the block coding

Both kids have really enjoyed these courses. I would recommend!

I really enjoyed doing all the AI projects and especially loved coding the “Snake Game”.
I thought our teacher Payal Bhatt was amazing .

My son enjoyed the course and built on the Python knowledge he already had from school.

The course my son attended with Fire Tech was not cheap and whilst the content was good and the teacher was capable, there were a few things that could have been improved upon:

- teaching was not dynamic / exciting enough for the age group. My 11 year old periodically lost enthusiasm as a result. I think someone with a more dynamic teaching style would be better for this age group (8-12)?
- assembly on day one and part-way through the course meant some teaching time was lost. I found this frustrating - I was paying for my son to learn, not to be in assembly. He did not wish to attend assembly!!!
- one day an hour of teaching was lost because the students were asked to download something new/select a different option when installing. This entailed each student having to be helped individually (incidentally the helpers were more dynamic than the teacher - my son thought his helper was great!). I am not sure why this was not in the pre-course set-up instructions thus saving time during the course?

This is our second python course, our first was done with a different organisation which sadly did not have space for us this holiday. It is extremely unlikely I will book with Fire Tech again as I felt the other course provider better met my son's needs and was better organised.

We were very happy with the course. This is the second one our son has joined with Fire-Tech (previously AI and this time VR/AR) and he has loved both of them. The teaching is engaging and thorough, and the small class size means that each student gets their fair share of guidance for subjects which us parents find quite baffling!

My son really enjoyed the week, he was fully engaged and learned quite a bit. We plan to book a follow up course his year.

Very nice camp, interactive and instructive with a nice teacher! 10/10!

This is the second camp my son has done with Firetech, and he really enjoyed it. He struggled on the first day as it was quite difficult, but the tutor was great and very patient and encouraged him to stick with it. By the end of day two, he was up to speed and loving it.

My daughter had a great time and learned loads - she was really enthused by the course.

Wonderful courses, great selection and really good instructors. My daughter has done a few already and learnt so much - is becoming a confident coder and digital artist :) We highly recommend Fire Tech.

My children had a great experience, and learned so much in the intensive week training.
