We had two normal units to check. One was from 2008 which needed service. But the other one was last serviced less than two years ago. They bullied the staff into accepting to get two new units. I contacted the owner and even though we have video evidence of what take place, he still is rude and does not accept facts. Huge warning, do not use this bandit company for anything.

We used Fire Tech Camp many times before but the most recent experience was beyond appalling. The instructor was dry and uninterested in answering any questions. Daily survey was not followed up. Fouth day into the one-week course, the instructor was unable to connect to the internet and the lesson had to be rescheduled. On the final day, the zoom link is not even posted to the classroom and there has been no communication from FireTech whatsoever, despite the guarantee that today's lesson would go ahead. Nobody answered the phone either. The efforts to reschedule the fourth lesson were also poor - confirmed a date on the phone which is different from the email. Nobody replied to my email. Will be asking for a refund and not ever use their camp again. Destroyed two days of holidays for the whole family.

Good intro to python…understand language

So unbelieveably disappointed. I have no idea why they werent given the resource pack before attending the session. Basically was just young people sitting and watching an adult play minecraft. Better set up would be to get them into minecraft and work together the host was not dynamic at all it was a total waste of money

This was a great course with really relevant and helpful learning. The class was small so the teacher could support each child. The teacher was great and really connected with the kids. My son really enjoyed the class. He was more engaged and happy doing this course than with anything else we have tried over zoom. I will definitely look to do another course for him in future.

I really enjoyed the course. The tutor was really knowledgeable and made the course fun! I would definitely recommend the course to my friends and am already looking for the next course I can do with fire tech.

Time with Fire Tech has helped spark, my 14 year old's interest in scripting language. He was already learning Python in school but the part time Python 1 course in October and then Full time Python 2 course in December holidays, set him up for pursuing it in his own time too. Sending him certificate for completing the course and feedback has been very encouraging. If we could get the certificates sent as an email, that will be good. Could we have more Duke of Edinburgh, Gold award courses may be in future included? We would definitely be back for more courses in future.

Clunky start with the appearance of unpreparedness but the team did resolve all issues and gave more than we expected.
All-in-all it's a great place to learn coding for children and I will definitely enrol my little one for more lessons.

The course was very enjoyable and informative. The content was taught in a very easy-to-understand way and I felt that I had learnt a lot at the end. Also very good value for money. Overall very satisfied.

Amazing company that provides outstanding IT courses that ignite true interest in the areas covered. My 9 year old son has already attended 4 courses with more to come for sure. Teachers are very friendly and supportive. They make sure that everything is properly understood. Thanks to their courses my son is very much into IT now. I cannot praise enough all the professional job done by the company!

Great courses my daughter is always highly engaged for the whole week.

A good class but a bit hard for a 7 year old and would be better in person rather than online.

No advice for a follow up course, in fact the same course completed by my daughter was recommended again!

Very professional and friendly! My son really enjoyed the course. I was impressed with their safeguarding measures and support offered. Highly recommend if your child is a bit unsure on coding and needs a good safe environment to learn in.

My son loved his intro to coding course. The nature of the online course made it sometimes difficult to see the tutors code while doing your own, a two screen set up would help

Friendly staff and my daughter loved the course and learnt so much.

My son Lewis has just finished the junior python course for ages 9/12 yrs, my son is 11. I would recommend this course as he really enjoyed the course, the interaction, fun and learning coding.

His teacher was Felicity she is really good with the children and brought the lessons to life for them.

Everyone was great, starting from the administrative staff to the teacher.
Unfortunately the website does not explain really that these sessions ( clinics ) are really to help people already enrolled in a course. They should not be sold as ‘single experience’. My son could not join anything as he was not enrolled in a course and did not have password or the right softwares.
