All these fake reviews
All these fake reviews, especially for Hilary Caplan. I have taken it upon myself to call some of these businesses and churches that Hilary has apparently assisted, and out of the 7 I’ve spoken to, none have said they have left feedback for Exchange Utility. Some I’ve spoken to have told me they’re not happy with their service, some even telling me they’ve been ripped off. My experience with them was horrendous. Pestering me daily when my contract was renewed at the start of the year.

Gas Renewal Contract
My name is Anne Newport and I am treasurer of a church in Pelsall. Hilary Caplan of Exchange Utility helped me renew the electricity contract for the church some time ago and has just dealt with renewing our gas contract.
She dealt quickly and efficiently to secure a contract which saved us money compared to the renewal quote. Nothing was too much trouble for Hilary; she even took the time to liaise with my colleague to discuss the details. I would not hesitate in recommending her skills.
