Such a great service

Such a great service! Hilary Caplan was very patient with us and really helpful. We are a charity that provides starter packs of household goods to those in need and always really busy, Hilary organised everything for us, which made a huge difference and managed to beat our current EDF prices by £722.41 per year. We are delighted as the saving can be used for items for our packs, which will help more people!

Hilary was FANTASTIC!

Hilary was FANTASTIC!

We had a major dispute with our energy supplier, without Hilary's help, we would still be no further forward.

Without hesitation, Hilary spent time on countless phone calls with myself, advising me on what's the best solution, using her amazing Industry knowledge.

It's been a long and stressful 2 years of dispute, which we have FINALLY won.

I recently used Exchange Utility for our business energy comparison, and I am beyond impressed with the excellent service they provided. From start to finish, the process was smooth, and the team took care of all the details, making our business energy comparison effortless.

A special shout out to Jan—she was amazing! Very helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled properly. Her dedication really made the whole experience seamless.

Sharon at Exchange Utility has saved me months of stress

Sharon at exchange utility has helped me with our utilities for multiple business' over the last six months.

Sharon has been extremely efficient and helpful, one or two of the utility companies really caused us some issues, issues that I wouldn't have even known where to start with. But no matter how many problems the utility companies have thrown at us, Sharon has dealt with them and taken all of the stress off my shoulders.

I cannot recommend Exchange Utility enough.

Hilary has been very helpful

Hilary has been very helpful, when we had signed a contract with her.vthe company we are with stated we were out of contract. Our invoices did not state this which resulted in high rates for being out of contract, together with the invoice being wrongly backdated with out of rate prices. Hilary arranged for the contract to be brought forward so we would only pay these high rates for.a minimum period. We can't thank her enough.

Wath With Brampton Parish Church…

Wath With Brampton Parish Church Council on behalf of Wath All Saints Parish Church and Christchurch Brampton have engaged with Hilary Caplan who has persevered over the week to date to support with our utilities. We are a large PCC made up of mainly aged trustees, whose motivation is good but abilities are often poor, thus the jigsaw pieces Hilary has had to pull together and guidance she has given has been greatfuly received. We are more than happy with the work invested at Hilary's end on behalf of Exchange Utility - particularly as I (the only non retired PCC member) have a full time position which has made Hilary's efforts even harder to navigate.

Excellent Service

We have been using the services of Exchange Utility for our Freehouse Pub & Restaurant business, the advice helped us to keep the outgoings manageable. Communications were swift and efficient. We then asked them to assist with a Holiday Rental property nearby and again they were very helpful and set us up with new suppliers and guided us through all the stages. Would strongly recommend.

Pleased to work with Hilary Caplan…

Pleased to work with Hilary Caplan again to secure two new gas contracts starting in 2025. Hilary helped me navigate a welter of quotes I received from 3 brokers, didn't apply sales pressure like some brokers, found good prices and had a better knowledge of Crown Energy (our chosen supplier) than other brokers. Bad faith

James Gaskell for E.U. claimed he had secured a brilliant deal for St Peters District Church Council Whitstable in relation to its church hall. In consequence, however, our Church hall (St Peters Church House) found itself paying British Gas Lite 24.03p per kilowatt hour for gas and 56.38p per kilowatt hour for electricity! E.U.'s excuse, "Our agent completed a full market search...Market indicators caused all forecasts to predict increases...however, recent unforeseen circumstances have caused the market to stabilise...We feel we have acted in good faith." We also complained to British Gas who said we could only complain to the Brokers, and there was no service failure on their part. We have now referred matters to the Energy Ombudsman. The E.O. is quite incompetent, doesn't read our correspondence, says we haven't properly complained or got a proper deadlock letter. How could we when E.U. ignored our formal complaint? The E.O. now says they have set up an online account for our complaint. I am waiting for the password to activate it. I expect now to have to keep on complaining, Nothing has been resolved.
