Awful, stay away!
I’m shocked by both the perfume and the customer support, and I don’t even know which one is worse. A few months ago, I bought their famous Molecule 01, and the scent had nothing in common with the legendary fragrance it’s supposed to be. Mine was just a thermonuclear mix of something harshly chemical and alcohol. I bought the perfume at Brown Thomas. I wrote to the brand’s customer support, and they sent me a ChatGPT-style template saying that the problem is probably with my nose and that I’m simply unable to smell the fragrance. Outrageous and downright rude.

Disappointed
I’m really disappointed with my recent purchase of Escentric Molecule 01 (150 euro for the larger bottle). All I can smell from it is hand sanitizer, and unfortunately, neither I nor my family or friends pick up any actual fragrance when I wear it. It feels like such a waste, especially after upgrading to the bigger size.
What makes this more frustrating is that I had previously tried the sample set and genuinely loved all of the scents. A few months ago, I bought a 30ml bottle of Molecule 05 because I adore bergamot, and while I enjoyed it, I did notice that the scents don’t last long. I’ve never once had anyone ask me, “What perfume are you wearing?”—which is something I was used to experiencing with other brands.
To add to the confusion, a friend of mine bought Molecule 01 a few years back, and I absolutely loved it on her. I can instantly recognize the scent when someone else wears it, which is why I was so excited to finally invest in a larger bottle for myself. But this one I just bought on Tuesday doesn’t smell anything like what I remember—it’s flat, alcohol-like, and incredibly underwhelming.
Now I’m stuck with a 100ml bottle that doesn’t deliver on what I expected, and honestly, I feel really let down. :(

I received my Discovery Molecule Samples and found the one I liked the most. I really like how Molecule 4 reacts on my skin and immediately ordered the 30ml. My next possible order could be the Molecule 3, I enjoyed that as well.
