The pots are amazing but I bought because I wanted the almond aroma and it didn’t smell of almonds. I’ll keep the pots as they are beautiful though

I have been trying to cancel my subscription have sent several emails with no response! Very unhappy with customer service

Pott candles are lovely. Timely delivery. Beautifully packaged. Candles have always been a weakness of mine and always bought shop or anything that smelled interesting- sometime to be disappointed by looks of a candle presentation but not smell. I treat myself to these lovely candles that do actually smell, the pot is very easy to clean. Love the little matches and match pot.

Received my candle and it smells great. Doesn’t burn down quickly like most other candles I have bought and smells great after cooking a meal

I was told the candles would arrive on 1st April. I got an email on 2nd April again stating the candels on 1st April... which the day before! I did finally get the candels on 8th April. I enquired on 5th April where the candels were (i know it was Easter Sunday) . I got a response from Duncan stating they were on their way! Not particularly helpful.

Stunning and hearty fragrance that just smelt like pure, pithy oranges - just a shame it burned down so quickly. The matches in the set were a little flimsy hence the 4 not 5 stars. But overall very happy

The violet candle is amazing. You can smell the scent before lighting it. It’s across between Parma violets, roses and freesias. Totally gorgeous
