I Love the scent ,I purchased the oud ,the Beard lotion and the face cream ,the fragrance is the Best.

Lovely oud products for men. Been using for years, black oud is my favourite, nice woody long lasting scent which is a definite compliment getter. Makes a great gift and highly recommend

The product is very nice - if and when you ever receive it! I requested and paid for next day delivery to be told it would take another 3 weeks to deliver. This is the second time this has happened.
When it was advertised on Amazon, it was delivered the next day. Not anymore.
I wish I'd gone elsewhere.

Really great products, love the beared oil

Great experience from start to end. I ordered something without knowing there was a pre ordered item on it. Once I got in touch with them they dispatched my available items the same day which I got next day delivery on. Cannot fault them at all.

Second time ordering, first time was a few years ago. This time, been waiting since end of November 2025, no delivery, atrocious sourcing, product was good the first time but service is really poor unfortunately, be aware. Customer service is responsive but only when I email, need to get their supply chain in order

So I ordered the £164 bundle wanted to gift it someone but the package was ruined, not happy

So, second review in a short while here about Zousz, and maybe I’ve been unlucky, but needs saying.
First thing is the product is great. It’s unique and original and good quality.
Second thing is the delivery and service are poor. Ordered with a view to giving as a Christmas present with a promise of product coming in 15th December and no sign or update of when I can expect it.
Hardly Christmas ruined, but just infuriating….

Where do I even begin!

Zousz beard products are top quality. I have been buying for 2 years now. My favourite is the beard balm, it’s perfect. My beard for anyone reading has tight curls and is long which is where the beard balm really begins to show off as combing it has become even easier than my previous routine with black castor oil (which got messy after a while and stained shirts)

The scent has become like a signature scent for me. It is mature, clean and lasts 24hr even after a shower im the evening. Best brand on the market by far! Prices some may question being expensive but the quality and product longevity reflects that! Bearing in mind I use this twice a day often i still get 6-8 weeks from it considering I have a large beard.
