20 years Anniversary Bottle
Needed some advise on the 200ml molecules before purchase it was dealt with expertly so I purchased it ..
The only downside was the free samples ( only small ) as I knew had space for 2 samples and only 1 .
Considering the price of the 200 ml purchase you would expect both sides with a sample .
Other than that Molecules will always be my Fav perfume to date .

The delivery was quick
The delivery was quick, with updates notifying me on delivery. The packaging is amazing, too good for me to take out and use, it arrives in a beautiful box, so colourful, luxurious with stunning paper carefully wrapping the equally beautiful box with the perfume, additional shredded tissues paper, tied with a grey cotton 🎀 ribbon. If you wanted to gift this, all you have to do is purchase it. We'll done to this company, hats off to you.

Resolved an issue with a faulty sample spray and a nice surprise for it to be replaced by an 8.5 ml.
Went on to buy a full bottle, sent in beautiful presentation box with further free samples and free 8.5ml new molecule 1+. Great service

I ordered a gift well in advance of a Birthday. It was taking a long time to arrive. When I enquired I was told that my gift had been damaged and returned and my options were to re-order or have a full refund. I would have appreciated being told that my parcel was returned/damaged because i could have had options around the Birthday gift choice. As it was already late I chose to re-order and it arrived today in beautiful condition, sadly weeks after order and late for the Birthday. The gift is gorgeous, service a little disappointing.
