OK But
Well, i had to wait a fair while for the report to come through. I was told that it would be loaded by the weekend but it was several weeks later and also there is an error in the report - which i pointed out and it has still not been resolved.

Would have been a five but...
Would have been a five but EPC failed to appear in the portal and email and phone call went unanswered. Luckily EPC was loaded to gov.uk by the asessor I suspect. Booking was simple, cost wise good too pity about the lack of response to phone and email.

I had a ECP completed by then but…
I had a ECP completed by then but client experience was terrible.
First, I booked on-line and website promised to get a call 24 hr from the booking which I didn’t so had to send emails and call (waiting time 30-45min) to someone pick up the phone. Finally I managed to talk to them and get the appointment booked.
After the appointment, the assessor mentioned 1 business day to get the report available. After 3 business day, I had to call them (after emails with no replies). Tried several times (waiting up to 1hr on the line) but no replies. Ultimately I managed to call them 09.00am and could talk to them. They talked to assessor who promised to deliver next day which didn’t happen..had to call them again. And ultimately the report was available.
I was in a rush as the ECP was part of sales process. Definitely not the client experience I was expecting so if you need a quick appointment/report, don’t recommend them

Communication should have been much clearer throughout, and we should not have put you in a position where you needed to spend so much time following up.
Your comments have been shared with our management and operations teams so we can investigate exactly what went wrong with both the booking communication and the certificate delivery process. Feedback like yours is extremely important, as it helps us identify where improvements are urgently needed.
