Charlotte was great from getting in touch with her and i had a visit from Kirk within days to perform the (EPC) on my shop,on the same day i had my certificate from kirk which was a very fast service from these guys.

Well, i had to wait a fair while for the report to come through. I was told that it would be loaded by the weekend but it was several weeks later and also there is an error in the report - which i pointed out and it has still not been resolved.
