My order was shipped out so quickly. It was tracked via Royal mail and USPS and arrived in five days. Very sturdy packaging.

I never recieved my parcel, and when contacted them they never got back to me

There was no acknowledgement of my email.
Total disregard of it- hence the 1 star.

I only received 1 out of 3 boxes... I don't understand why I placed 1 order yet was sent 3 different boxes. I couldn't even track the packages.bI would like either the items to be delivered or for my money back.

Great service , prompt delivery and always amazing products

My experience is very bad. I Ordered 2 Weeks ago. No product arrived. I Wanted to cancel, but no reply. I am in Spain only till end of February and need to receive it before I Leave. If not, there will be noone in Spain to receive my order and it will be a ,Wasted’ expense ! Elemental Herbology has not been responsive. I am concerned. Very Bad experience
