Ordered 5 times in three days of which…

Ordered 5 times in three days of which all were auto-canceled due to shipping and billing address not being the same.

I live oversees and my bank is US bank and i use forward shipping company. Having such internal control will make them lose all international customers in addition customer will switch. Let alone customers who want to buy gift to friends and family.

In the past year i spent atleast 5000 usd worth of goods for my restoration, so i will not waste time to order from Ecklers

I’ve order twice from them a both times…

I’ve order twice from them a both times shipping is not accurate at all. Had to contact them in regards to where my parts actually were an would arrive, after being told they were 3 day shipping, didn’t arrive for 10 days on the first order an 6 days on the second order. This was my first 2 times ordering from Ecklers, an was totally dissatisfied with them. Will not order again from them.

Worst supplier I’ve ever dealt with

Worst supplier I’ve ever dealt with. Advertised in stock. Weeks later admitted they were waiting on it from their supplier. Refused to refund my money until their supplier agreed. I ordered only because it was “in stock”. Their answer was to give me a $10 voucher for next purchase. I’ll never use them again. Arrogant and ignorant.

I was able to find the parts I needed. I had to request a return of a set tires that didn’t fit and the return process went very smoothly.

Awesome service!

Scott was so easy to talk to. Answered all my questions. And believe me I had a lot as I’m a new classic car guy. His experience and knowledge was so helpful. He was on the phone with me for at least 20 min. To be that patient with a customer is rare these days.

I actually called to get info on the two products I was interested in and was given all the information I needed and more from Amy F. Who was extremely helpful with making my decision on which product to actually purchase out of the two

Amazing customer service by Rob H…

Rob H was very helpful with helping identify the correct part that was needed. Also was very helpful giving me his personal contact info so that if I had any questions or needs in the future that I could reach out to him directly. Will definitely be doing business with them again.

Confused with the order

Confused with the order, I was told the item was in stock, and would ship the next day! However I received a text the next day the order would ship in 1 1/2 weeks! And expect longer delivery time! No explanation given! All else seemed cordial and professional!! Sorta disappointed need the radio to finish the project!

I called with a question I got Mike as a representative he was very friendly no attitude very knowledgeable of what I was asking him also have me his personal number so when I order again or have any questions that's customer service
