Ordered multiple items this time

Ordered multiple items this time, the floor mats were fine, haven’t received the switches yet but the fender covers came today and the foam padding they are made of is cracked and splitting right in the box haven’t even opened it yet and you can see big cracks in the product

Never sent a $10 off code

I order a part for the first time through this company. They tell me they will give me a $10.00 off code to use. Crickets....I get nothing so the next day I order the part anyway. Right after I order the part, they send me the $10 code to use for 3 days. REALLY? Where was this when you said you were sending it the day before. Poor practice. Will NOT order from them again.

Nic did an awesome job!

I was able to locate my part on-line then called in my order. Nic looked up the part with the part number, placed my order in no time at all. Very smooth transaction, very friendly representative and he knew what he was doing. Nic also followed up with an email with a direct number for future assistance.

Frustrating

Tried to order earlier, but the price changed while it was in my "basket", so I cancelled. Ordered again and a week later I STILL don't have any shipping info!!!

I came in researching a couple other…

I came in researching a couple other project items. I ended up purchasing an unrelated item for a different part of my project. The web interface is easy to navigate and the checkout was quick. A shipping label notification was in my email quick. Now to wait a few days for the package.

Ordered 5 times in three days of which…

Ordered 5 times in three days of which all were auto-canceled due to shipping and billing address not being the same.

I live oversees and my bank is US bank and i use forward shipping company. Having such internal control will make them lose all international customers in addition customer will switch. Let alone customers who want to buy gift to friends and family.

In the past year i spent atleast 5000 usd worth of goods for my restoration, so i will not waste time to order from Ecklers
