Very wide selection of items. Very clear descriptions and what will and will NOT fit on my chosen vehicles.

The fact I can shop for my specific vehicle is awesome. It takes a lot of guess work out of buying online. I also like the little videos that show the specific components on a similar vehicle as mine. The video showing everything that comes in the box and which tools I will need for installation is a plus as well.

The site is very user friendly. The videos reviews on the product are fantastic! Really helps you make informed decisions.

Customer service is excellent. I sent my inquiries about their Undercover Elite LX hinged one piece tonneau cover through their chat bot and few minutes later a real person Jordan C. called me and helped me pick out the right fit for my Truck on a Sunday 4/12/2026 afternoon. The product came today Tuesday 4/15/2026 before noon in my garage delivered by Meyer Logistics. It was delivered in a huge and well protected box.
Great service all in all. Very satisfied customer here and will highly recommend American Trucks.

Ordered 1 Hankook 37x12.50R17 for $430 as a spare tire for my truck on 03/20/2026. Once the tire was received, I went to the tire shop to have it installed. The shop manager walked out and told me he felt uneasy installing the tire as it was 5 years old. I told the manager I didn't appreciate buying a 5 year old tire for that price and had it returned. American Trucks stated they'd send me another, and when asked if they were going to send a new tire they replied the would. So there I was, walking a tire through Walgreens in order to drop it off to FedEx. Eventually, I received a "new" return tire that was also 5 years old. I'm out a month of my time and patience with this company. This is not the first run in I have had with return items and I will not bring my business back.

Tonneau cover came quick, sold workmanship, is just as described, web sight easy to use and order products. Will definitely order more things from here for my husband's truck.

Improve the way offering replacement options for front end suspension parts. It’s unconventional to only replace one part on one side of a vehicle, knowing that it’s common for the opposite side to fail with number of days or months after purchase of a new part.

They had a lot of the parts that I was wanting, but could not find at other sites. The prices were very competitive, and I did not get bothered by pesky sales reps. Good experience. I will use these guys again.
