Andrew Launchbury did an incredible job…

Andrew Launchbury did an incredible job cleaning up after the mess British Gas had made on the installation of the boiler. He went above and beyond and made sure the job at hand was completed right to the end. He showed great customer service and showed us as customers why he's been in the business for such a long time. Power flush of 19 radiators not rushed and completed with care.

Great service from Lewis today

Great service from Lewis today. Showed me the issue. Recommended a solution gave advice about contacting Anglia water but also very professional and just a nice guy. Would definitely use there services again

Outdoor drain blocked

After fixing my leaky outdoor tap the plumber told me to call and ask for the drainage team because the outdoor drain was blocked. Got appointment the same day. Lewis left a message to say he was 21 minutes away and wanted to check I would be in. I rang him back to confirm I would be in. He noticed I had some work done at the house and quickly cleared the blockage and explained to me what had caused it. I asked a couple of questions which he answered and he said the drain should be okay now but if there are any problems to contact them. Friendly, knowledgeable and observant. Thank you.

Dealing with this company over the past…

Dealing with this company over the past 4 weeks regarding a leak has been incredibly frustrating — the level of customer service I experienced was simply inadequate. Delays, lack of communication, and a general sense that no one was taking responsibility made the whole situation far more stressful than it needed to be.

That said, I have to give huge credit where it’s due — Nick completely turned things around. He stepped in, took ownership of the issue, and went above and beyond to get everything resolved within a single day. Professional, efficient, and genuinely caring about the situation.

If it weren’t for Nick, this would be a very different review. I’m extremely grateful for his help.

Our engineer Roberto F

Our engineer Roberto F, was very polite and very efficient. He quietly got on with the large task. He worked non stop and made an excellent job of replacing our hot water tank and the maze of pipework. He was very consciousness and left no mess behind. An excellent representative for your company.

Quick service

Quick service arranged last night came this afternoon. The guy who cleared our drain was very informative, helpful and advised exactly what had happened and what to do in future to prevent it again. Would recommend for quick service

First class service

First class service, from the initial call handler to the Engineer Nathan.
Nathan was very helpful, knowledgeable and took time to not only show me the problem, he also took the time to explain why it happened.
I hope not have to use a drain unblock service again, but if I do Dyno Rod would be my first port of call.

Dyno rod have been amazing
