The leg length is so long to wear these…
The leg length is so long to wear these I would be cutting off a huge amount of material.
What is a stand out feature however is the individual customer support offered on a personal channel. I have been helped to return and find a smaller size with the help of what feels like my own personal shopper. Thank you Anna

Thank you for your feedback which is always very helpful, the Hope leg length is 34.5 inches which is a standard leg length for a full length jean. It sounds as though you may be a petite person and are looking for a more cropped style. Having said this, as jeans come in standard leg lengths it is often the case that alterations must be made. Donna our founder is just under 5’2” and often has to alter the length of her jeans. We are always here to help you and will reach out to see if there is a style more suitable for you or if we can help guide you with alterations.

Great communication and beautiful denim, unfortunately the dress wasn't the right fit for me (gutted) but the returns process was really easy and refund issued within a week.

Fabric is soft
Fabric is soft, customer service good and they arrived quickly - unfortunately there is no length options so I now have to find(and pay) for them to be turned up / I’m 5ft 7 so not short and even M&S etc have different lengths available - at this price point it should be a no brainer - or at least there should be a free option

Dear Heather, as we are a much different brand in terms of quality, price point, fabrics that we use and the working conditions of our lovely factory workers to a high street offering, to offer two legs lengths would significantly increase the price of the product and increase wastage. We are very much against wastage and do not believe in over production. I am very sorry that you are disappointed that you have had to alter your item, but I hope that you will find the quality and buying from a brand that is very conscious of quality and working conditions well worth it.
