I ordered an item over a week ago and…
I ordered an item over a week ago and still haven't received it ....no one seems to know where the parcel has got to. I resent paying £5 for postage and tracking and having such a shoddy service. I can't really rate anything positive about my experience so far.

To update this experience, Donna Ida contacted Royal Mail and it turns out the problem was at their end . Donna Ida kindly refunded my postage. I received the dress which is of excellent quality and fit.

Good product Lovely material; colour as expected & like the design- tie is a lovely feature.
Sleeves for me, are too short I'm 5'9" / possibly have longer limbs than average.
Would look classier if sleeves were longer.
