Matt was an absolute belter; I called for a renewal quote and he came in slightly better than my existing insurer. Not a significant sum involved, but his response times were excellent.
The proof of the pudding will be his after sales care now I've paid up.
Historically, brokers tend to focus on new business, not existing customers. Only time will tell.
Right now; he's been great.

This review is for Matthew Carpenter. We went back and forth quite a few times given the circumstances of who would accept the 5 year NCB, however Matthew was patient throughout not pushy and eventually got a policy that suits. Nothing was too much, he was very professional. Highly recommend using them.
