I would highly recommend John Bardgett and Sons to anyone who needs to organise a funeral. From the very first meeting Louise was wonderful, very supportive and nothing was too much trouble for her. Having never arranged a funeral previously, Louise was an absolute godsend, guiding us through everything that needed to be done including things such as arranging a celebrant (the wonderful Kate Reed) which we had no idea of how to. Thank you to the whole team at Bardgett's for supporting us through this difficult period.

It was easy no fuss straight farward

I was very pleased with the service I received from Aneliese. She was friendly, kind, and very easy to talk to, which immediately put me at ease.

She explained everything clearly and took the time to go through the funeral plan in detail without rushing me. I had quite a few questions and concerns, especially about future costs, what would happen if I lived for many more years, and what protection the plan offered. She answered every question patiently and reassured me, making sure I fully understood everything before making any decisions.

I also didn't have the usual forms of ID, but she was very understanding and explained the alternative documents that would be acceptable, which took away another worry.

At no point did I feel under any pressure. Instead, I felt listened to, respected, and given plenty of time to think things through. Arranging a funeral plan isn't something anyone looks forward to, but Aneliese made the whole experience much easier than I expected.
