Laird & McMillan

Laird & McMillan - Netherlee Branch - the Staff were fantastic, Elaine and Jackie were extremely helpful and informative. We were then redirected to Lauren, who went through the Funeral Planning process very professionally. Confirmation of all arrangements was done by Adam, as Lauren was unavailable for our follow up appointment. Both were extremely good at doing their job. We were extremely impressed by the efficiency of all the Staff involved.

My funeral plan

My funeral plan consultant Kirsty was very helpful and explained things clearly. She was patient and understanding and I didn’t feel pressured to decide on the purchase and it was very easy and straight forward to set up .

Stress free funeral

Having used Dignity for a pre paid plan for my Mother sixteen years ago my husband and I decided that we would like to arrange our own funerals so that our children are relieved of the stress at such times as we were.
Anna in Hertford was charming informative and very professional with her advice and knowledge and we feel confident that our plans will be followed
We are hoping that we don't have to activate the plans too soon but thank you
