Yesterday I directed my parcel to local shop which closing time is at 11pm! Ichecked the tracking recently it says” your local shop was closed we gonnactry to deliver tomorrow”. really??? closed??? The courier might be stupid, he was thinking I’m not gonna call to the local shop or what? They are open! Till 11pm! And wasn’t closed! They serving parcels till 10pm! And shuts the store at 11pm each day! What is wrong with your couriers! Yiu better send that courier back with my parcel today! Cause I swear I let all know about how this company delivering parcels!!!! I even can’t get in touch with customer service of DHL! There is no option to do that! Contact me straight awaywhenever you read this!!!!

I was talking to customer service about…
I was talking to customer service about the change of address for my package and she started talking about the receipt of my package since I bought it outside EU. I told her I have not recieved any instructions for this process but I can send the receipt right away I just need to know how it is done. She said she will send it to my email address and in the middle she just dropped the call and I have not received any information on the process of customs. Very rude.

Fast delivery
My experience with DHL has been good. So far better than PostNord. E.g. I made the same order with DHL and PostNord. Denmark to Finland. DHL took 8 days to deliver my package. PostNord took 28 days... Same price. I also used DHL for other international orders and never encountered any major issues.

Charging over 33€ for a small return…
Charging over 33€ for a small return package from the terminal in Vantaa to Espoo even tough the driver comes to the same place to pick up new parcels. No understanding from the custumer service.
Choose a different supplier that is worth your money!

DHL- the worst logistic company
There was a shipment to me from USA. A wanted to return it, because of exaggerated taxes. I sent few messages to departament that sent me invoice to ask what happend but nobody answer me. Then I sent a message to other departament and they said that my shipment was destroyed. I don't understand how can be destroyed your property without my knowledge. At least they had to worn me. Very bad and unkindly communication from DHL. It´s the worst logistic company, that is my opinion.
