I was wait my order first day driver not call me nothing next day also not call and now i was whaiting at pick up point one white small bus was arived stands 1min ant just drive off i manige to call dhl suport hi say that driver was come but no ones was in point
Guys what if i sleet what if i dont see that driver come? Mby need call or smthng

Dhl is always very late,if they deliver at all.

I never got my package-almost 4k nok but they refused to pay me refund, because they said they delivered....I didnt get any pictures or any kind of evindence of the delivery.

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND IRRESPONSIBLE!
My package was with DHL express with On demand delivery & it is supposed to be delivered to my home.
I got a call from the DHL driver, he said he was already in my front door. So I told him that I’M HOME & on my way to the front door to receive my package since it needs signature. I saw his car from my balcony.
But when I arrived at my front door just a few minutes later, HE WAS ALREADY GONE WITH MY PACKAGE WITHOUT ANY EXPLANATION!!!!
Then I received a notification that the delivery failed because I wasn’t home!!!

WTH IS THIS BEHAVIOR?!!!!! I DON’T FREAKING UNDERSTAND!!
I contacted the CS & rearranged another delivery for today to my home.
I just got a notification that my package was delivered to service point!

I can’t describe how extremely angry I am right now!
I’ve paid for HOME DELIVERY WITH DHL EXPRESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
There’s a reason why people specifically order a home delivery!!!!!
THIS IS JUST PURE LAZINESS, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND IRRESPONSIBLE!!!!!!

Very slow and very bad service.

Extremely Disappointed with Dishonest Service

I paid for Express delivery through DHL.no expecting reliable and timely service. Instead, I experienced delays, misinformation, and dishonesty from both customer service and the delivery driver.

Despite receiving confirmation that my package was “out for delivery,” it never arrived. When I followed up, customer service gave me conflicting explanations — none of which aligned with the tracking info or reality. Later, I found out the driver marked the package as attempted delivery without even showing up. No call. No doorbell. Nothing.

What’s worse is that customer service stood by the false driver report, rather than helping resolve the issue. It feels like there’s zero accountability, even when you pay extra for a premium service.

I expected professionalism and transparency from a company like DHL. Unfortunately, I received neither.

Avoid DHL Express if reliability matters to you.

Charged me a toll on goods that were toll exempt, slapped a service fee on top of that. Never responded to my inquiry and instead sent a letter telling that if I don't pay they will send the case to incasators in a week. That's not a service that's a racket.

This is my second experience with DHL, and both times have been disappointing.

This time especially left a really sour taste, as it’s clear the company is not being honest. Like many others have said, they claimed they couldn’t deliver because no one was home or ‘VI KOM TIL TOMT HUS!” which is simply not true. I was purposely home all day to receive it and followed the updates. It never changed to ‘on the way for delivery’. They didn’t call, and no one rang the doorbell. They also said they left a card with details for an alternative pickup — but no card could be found.

Bad service is one thing, but being dishonest is something else entirely. And judging by other reviews, it seems like this is common practice. How is this allowed? Isn’t this against consumer laws?

You pay extremely high price for "premium" service, to end up waiting for pickup of the item on agreed 2 hour window that does not happen!!!
If you charge super high fee for service you are supposed to provide, I would expect you to show up on time!!!
If the time is set from 12-14hrs then I expect you to pickup the item in that time!
I am not going to sit for the whole day in order for you to deliver service you are paid for!
Get your #hit together, I would never recommend you to anyone, your service is below poor.

It is an awful company with a bad service. One can only hope that onlineshops will be forced to give alternative shipments to break this somehow monopoly position somewhen in future.

Terrible customer service, home delivery doesn’t exist.

WORST SERVICE EVER. You really need to fire your couriers. They only deliver all the packages to official drop out points and they do not go to houses. They sent a email that they have been to my house mean while i was in house all day and no one came. Their work should end at 18:00 but they are finished at 16 already. Clearly they don’t even bother to go to someones house. They are lazy and just wanna finish their work asap. Paid for fast delivery for nothing.

I ordered an item from Denmark and DHL was the carrier. I attach their redacted tracking summary, which shows that the package sat from the 16th to the 30th of May 2024 in one or more of their terminals in Oslo. It then magically appeared as "Delivered" 600 km north near Trondheim, also on the 30th by surface mail. The truth is that the package was finally actually delivered on June 5th, almost 4 weeks after they first picked it up. It cost me a useless day of searching local post offices on the 30th, when the package was actually still in Oslo. They could at least tell the truth as to the whereabouts of a package. I see that I am by no means the first to waste time searching for packages that are nowhere to be found.

Worst company ever!!!!!!!!!! They threated to send back the packige but they will not send me a code to pick up the delivery (called them plenty times, emailed also).

Created an account here just to post this review. Wish it was possible to put 0 starts instead of 1.
I have used DHL in other countries with no problem at all, but there is definitely something wrong with it here in Norway.

Just saw through my window the delivery truck parked in front of the building, stayed there for 2 minutes, and left.

No one came out of the truck to ring the doorbell.
No one called my phone from inside the truck.
There were 4 of these delivery """"attempts"""" with:
"Delivery attempted but no response at Consignee address"
I was home during all of them in the exact same situation.

Customer service just told me they will "try again tomorrow".
But who knows, maybe it is my fault, they probably expect me to spend the whole day outside/in the street waiting for the delivery truck to arrive.

Just go with Posten or Postnord, I received many packages from them at the same address with no problems

SCAMERS! Brazenly trying to cheat you for money! There are arrogant and unprofessional ,,people,,.. working in the costumer service. I got rid of there charging with a lot of stress.

A person sent me from Oslo a letter door to door and paid 500 nok. It said delivery on 21/8 from 8-16, I lost one day being at home. Then changed delivery from 8-16 and I lost one more day... Probably it will be the same for tomorrow... 500 NOK for what? for losing 2 days? Shall I ask compensation for those 2 days? And probably 3 for tomorrow?

I specially paid a lot of money for express delivery, I was at home all day, unfortunately I received a message, that I was not at home, so the package was not delivered.I not got delivery notification message ,no call, nothing. That the driver does not required have to call the recipient. I think that if such a large amount of money is paid, it is obligatory to call the recipient.That's why I'm disappointed, because I won't receive the parcel until tomorrow, and I'll have to go to the store to pick it up and waste my time, even though I have a lot of work at home to prepare for the vacation trip.Very disappointed.
