I recently purchased a sofa from DFS and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Kay assisted me she was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me find the perfect sofa for my home without any pressure.

I'm delighted with my purchase and would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality furniture and outstanding customer service.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from DFS. My dining table and chairs have not been delivered, and I have received no clear updates despite repeatedly calling customer service. The support team has been unhelpful and unable to tell me when my order will arrive.

I even visited the Sidcup store where I purchased the furniture. They promised to call me yesterday with an update, but nobody called back. Having to chase both the store and customer service without getting answers is extremely frustrating.

Before I switched to finance, DFS kept calling me. However, since the finance was arranged, that level of attention has disappeared.

This has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience for our family. The lack of communication, broken promise to call back, and poor customer support are unacceptable. I expect DFS to take responsibility, provide a confirmed delivery date, and resolve this promptly.

We had a great experience shopping at the Sidcup branch for our new sofa. They had a fab range, gave us time to have a look and the staff were so helpful. Val was really knowledgeable, not pushy at all (something I really don't like when shopping) and we left so happy with our new purchase.
