The sale person was polite and gave us time and space his name is Joseph

Really good experience at DFS Sidcup. Very polite and freindly. Val greeted us upon arrival and was very helpful. I left an answerphone message about an query I had made earlier in the day and she called me back 'out of hours' to help with this. When I returned to make the purchase she looked at my floorplan and suggested various options of furniture would be the best fit and size I required. The manager also introduced himself to me. Overall very pleased.

She was able to help me in the morning, answering all my questions and when I came back in the afternoon Hubby in tow plus kid helped us so much choosing a sofa that matched the discontinued sofas we brought 4yrs ago from DFS!
The only reason we brought in store was because of her and the way she treated us like family - Her approach, attitude and knowledge was out of this world!

The sales rep was very polite, not pushy in any way. Nothing was too much trouble and he was able to answer all our questions and helped us when needed. The store is very well laid out, well light and welcoming. Would recommend anybody thinking of a new sofa etc to go to Sidcup DFS.

Staff in this store is really amazing and very friendly. Person who served us was Joseph. He was absolutely brilliant, very friendly, professional and made us feel very comfortable. Talking to him was like talking to a good friend. It was very relaxed and not pushy at all. He gave us plenty of time to think about our purchase and went out of his ways to help us to make a right decision. We choose this store even we have one much closer to us. Definitely recommend this store because everyone is super friendly and welcoming without being too much.
