Was very happy with the service provided at the new Malden branch. Firstly welcomed so warmly by Sara and made me feel like nothing was too much to ask.
I then also was greeted by Lloyd who helped to complete the purchase of my new (which may I add is beautiful). All round a great trip!

Really positive experience purchasing our new sofa from DFS in New Malden. From the moment we walked through the doors, the whole experience was relaxed and welcoming — no pushy salespeople or being “in your face” the second you arrive, which made a refreshing change.

Everyone we dealt with was helpful, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in helping us find the right sofa rather than simply making a sale.

A special shout-out to Lloyd, who was particularly helpful and made the whole process straightforward and enjoyable. His approach was friendly, professional and never pressured us.

Overall, a great experience from start to finish and we’re really looking forward to receiving our new sofa. Would definitely recommend DFS New Malden.

Such amazing customer service from Sara! She helped us look at a large number of sofas and was kind, patient and friendly at all times. We came back again 2 days later and she remembered us! Wasim then helped us finalise our order and he explained everything clearly and in a timely manner. Would highly recommend the service here and we are now looking forward to our new Somerford sofa!
