I had researched the sofa online, but there is nothing better than going to a store and trying it out and seeing it and the salesman was very helpful and not at all pushy, which I like, but very helpful with details of costs etc so it was clear what I was getting and paying for

Samir was very helpful and very kind towards our kids. He made them all hot chocolates while we were deciding on which sofa to get.
When we decided he helped us through the order form and gave us a great experience, he was very friendly, I didn't feel pushed in to any decisions and ultimately I'm happy with my purchase and experience.
