We were served by Mohamed who was extremely helpful about the stock and the various intricacies of the sofas we were interested in, he wasn’t at all pushy and was very polite, he made us feel welcome and was content in the fact that we were not interested in the add on insurance that came with it but did make us realise that the cups for the sofa feet was a good idea and so we purchased them also.

Lloyd. He’s an extremely good salesman and nice bloke. My son was allowed to roam around while we looked at stuff and I didn’t feel bad. He had a great time. And Lloyd took good care of us and never pushed us to do anything other than choose what felt right.

Another Brilliant Experience
We bought our first set of furniture from DFS 15 years ago, and it is still in excellent condition. We simply felt it was time for a change.
Over the years, we have also heard from close family and friends about the excellent service DFS provides, and our recent purchase was another wonderful experience.
We found Mr Vasim to be extremely polite, professional, knowledgeable and very experienced, despite being so young. He made the whole experience pleasant and straightforward.

Great customer service
The showroom was well set out and easy to look around. We were greeted warmly by our customer advisor Chelsea, who made us feel very welcome and had great product knowledge.
There was no pressure to buy, we were given time to decide what product we wanted.
No question was a problem and everything we asked was answered in detail.
