Good price, nice selection with helpful staff

Excellent experience the salesman was extremely helpful and took the time to explain everything clearly and really informed our decisions.

Amy and Lucas were very knowledgeable, helpful , efficient and friendly. Offering tea and coffee to its customers is a nice touch !
The store is well laid out and the samples are very clean and presented well.

I had a great experience with DFS Limerick. DFS have very convenient opening hours and a lovely store. By far the most positive aspect was my experience with one of their very helpful, professional and well informed sales assistant.

Your furniture is beautiful and love my new couch when I receive it . Your staff are so excellent. Met Darren first day and looked around with him . He is absolutely excellent and so accomadateing. Then went back to buy couch with Mia. So professional and so lovely to speak with . Really impressed with both of them . Couldn't ask for more .

All sofas are greatly laid out. Sales people give you enough time to browse. All questions answered. Our sales girl laura was amazing very helpful.

fantastic level of customer service delivered by Linda in your limerick store. Upon arriving to your store , I was greeted by a staff member downstairs and let me know he was there for any questions etc I may have. As I went upstairs I spotted a couch I liked , and obviously sat in it. Linda, who was with a customer at the time and began to go downstairs, came down to where I was at the back of the shop to let me know she would be coming back and also, to see if I needed any help. upon her return , she made the whole process so easy and understandable and god knows I had plenty of questions regarding colours, styles arrangements etc, all of which she answered clearly and concisely for me. after everything was finalised , she offered me a tea or coffee while she was getting the paperwork done. All in all , an absolute delight to do business with and would happily recommend Linda in your limerick store, indeed DFS as a whole to anyone interested in getting a couch .

We recently purchased a sofa from DFS Limerick and had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Linda. She was truly wonderful from start to finish, so kind, helpful, and informative. Linda took her time with us, answered all our questions, and never once made us feel rushed or under pressure. She was great fun to deal with and made the whole experience very relaxed and enjoyable.
