I spent several hours in the shop deciding on what best suited my needs. It was great to get help from Omar who had great knowledge of all the collections in the shop. Omar gave great advice and recommendations and I am very pleased with my decision. I can't wait to receive my corner suite. I would highly recommend dfs Limerick.

Positive and Helpful experience
Our experience was very positive. Both the Manager and Sales team were extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
The Manager ensured we found the most suitable sofa to fit our space and taste, and Omar ensured are sale was smooth and informative. The sales service didn't feel pressured, all staff were friendly and made good recommendations.
Only downfall is the expected time frame of delivery, which is not at the sales teams fault.

Couch purchase, kind staff, easy experience
Today we purchased a couch for our new home. We were greeted by the amazing Lucas, he couldn’t have been more helpful and kind to us both. Made the entire process easy and efficient. Will definitely be returning to purchase more furniture as Lucas and all the staff were so lovely and welcoming.

Experience was great. Mia, the sales advisor, did a great job accommodating us. She was patient. She was thorough. The only thing off about the whole thing is the delivery charge. But everything else was perfect

Me and my Partner bought a new couch in DFS and I just want to say how helpful and informative the guys in DFS were.. so helpful throughout the whole process from style, comfort, materials and payment plans.. Amy and Lucas were very knowledgeable, helpful , efficient and friendly. Offering tea and coffee to its customers is a nice touch !
