I recently purchased a sofa from DFS from one of your Sales consultant which I believe she was from Moldova. I think her name was Amina. I could be wrong in her mid 40’s at your DFS store in Staples Corner.
She was very friendly & helpful. Knew her stuff without being persuasive.
I’m so happy that I’ve chosen the right sofa.

Dania is absolutely lovely
Dania is absolutely lovely. She has very natural way of communicating which did not feel like i am talking to a customer service. Process was hassel free. Manager is very good....quickly came around and allocated Dania to us.

⭐ Very disappointing
⭐ Very disappointing – think twice before buying from DFS
I bought my sofa from DFS only 3 months ago, and already one of the cushions is badly underfilled and almost touching the floor.
The colour has also changed. One back cushion is still the original cream colour, but the other cushions have changed to a mink colour, so they no longer match.
DFS sent a technician to inspect the sofa. He initially questioned whether the sofa was actually from DFS or perhaps a reduced/used showroom item. Once I confirmed it was a normal DFS order, he admitted the cushions were very flat but then simply said, “That’s how they come.”
For a sofa only 3 months old, this is extremely disappointing. I expected much better quality and customer service from DFS.
Please think carefully before buying from DFS.
