My overall experience was ‘GREAT’ at DFS. The staff was very friendly, clear communication and took me through each step to make my purchase. Especially’Sophie’ I hope I got spelling right. We had such a fantastic experience at DFS, and a huge part of that was thanks to Rash. We came in looking for quite a few pieces — an L-shaped sofa, a three-seater and a corner dining bench — and from start to finish, Rash was absolutely brilliant.
He was incredibly friendly, patient and attentive, taking the time to explain everything thoroughly and answer all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. What we particularly appreciated was that he was never pushy or overly sales-focused; he genuinely seemed to care about helping us make the right choices for our home.
We also had our two young children with us, and Rash was absolutely wonderful with them. Anyone shopping for furniture with two little ones will know it can sometimes be a challenge, but he made the whole experience feel relaxed, easy and actually really enjoyable!
Despite buying several pieces and going through all the details, the process was surprisingly quick and seamless. Rash was professional, knowledgeable and genuinely lovely to deal with.
We walked away extremely happy with our purchases and with the service we received. Rash is a real credit to DFS, and we wouldn’t hesitate to ask for him again in the future. Thank you, Rash, for making what could have been a stressful shopping trip such a positive experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
