Can't recommend Dacombes highly enough. Our fridge freezer died, found a perfect replacement on Dacombes website, placed the order early afternoon and new one was delivered and installed by 4.30 same day. We had previously used Dacombes when we needed a new washing machine and were equally impressed by their service. I'm a strong supporter of using local businesses and would highly recommend Dacombes

On Sunday our integrated dishwasher decided to expire, we dropped into the shop first thing Monday morning and by 1100 on Tuesday a new one had been installed and was ready to go!

Joe and Ed installed my new television recently bought from Dacombes of Wimborne with professionalism. They installed all the channels i would be using along with their passwords and answered all the queries I had, and there were a few. Th work area was left clean and tidy. Thank you Joe and Ed.

Ordered a tv for a vulnerable customer on the Monday and it was delivered and fitted on Wednesday. I asked the installer to keep me appraised of how the fitting was progressing. I was kept informed. The installer showed the customer how to use the tv remote and the simplest way to get back to tv should she get confused. The installer then called me to inform me that all was fitted and the customer was extremely happy with her new tv. Excellent service in my opinion.

Joe, Keiran and Ed were brilliant. They arrived as expected and were friendly and professional. They set straight to work and thought carefully about where and how best to fit things. They worked hard as a team throughout and left everything clean and tidy when they had finished. They briefly ran through how the new appliances worked, ready to answer any questions and telling us that we could contact them with any further questions or issues.

I purchased a new tv & sound system from Dacombes. The whole process from visiting the shop & getting great advice on what would be best for me, to the installation & set up process was professional and very helpful.

From the first contact in store Mark was brilliant with his knowledge about the product and went through the ordering process.He went on to book the products in for delivery after they received them and was very flexible on dates as we're 30 miles from the store. The two delivery lads that turned up set up my products and went through the products with me,very cheerful and professional and would really recommend this company when thinking of buying their products.
