I have been using custom plugs for years now, over 3 years minimum. Initially I was interested in a smaller plugs, then I got the bug and stretched up further.

Custom Plugs have plenty of range to suit you, your style and your size, which has only grown and become more innovative over the years. It has been great to see all the new ideas they’ve brought to market.

Since my third purchase they recognised that I was a returning customer and sent me some cool stickers. Over the time, I’ve also gifts (free plugs) and discount codes with my purchases, which has been a real delight to receive. I buy from them because their quality is outstanding, I like to support indie businesses, and because I love their marketing and team as shown on their social channels.

Immense customer service. The custom laser engraved plugs are always great quality and the clothing range is amazing. I've only ever had 1 tiny mistake where a wrong item was sent and they fixed it straight away. Definitely recommended for anyone that needs any sort of jewellery.

The website gives great advice to those who are new and don't know where to start when it comes to ear stretching, and the customer service is fantastic. My taper kit shipped faster than I expected, and when I emailed to let them know they accidentally sent me the wrong material, Carmie emailed me back and took care of everything within 12 hours. I had replacement plugs within a couple of days. Can't wait to shop again, recommended them to all of my friends!

Fantastic product and great customer service. Plugs are great quality materials, have well-done engraving, and are perfectly sized. Have purchased from them twice from two different continents and was very happy with the shipping and communication both times. The customer service is incredibly prompt and helpful as well. I ordered glass plugs with a pattern. Unfortunately, the pattern was quickly erased and I asked for a refund. They offered to send me new ones for free and before sending they made sure that the pattern did not disappear. Moreover, they also sent me a free pair of wooden plugs with the same pattern, just in case. This was my best experience ever with a product issue! 100% will order again in the future

I’m just starting out stretching my ears and the products from custom plugs are amazing! They always arrive in a day or two and the packaging always has beautiful art on it. I once had a mix up with my order and customer service were lovely and quick in getting it sorted xx

I am ordering from UK custom plugs for years and every order is better and better. Quality is amazing, sizing is true and fits perfectly. I have over 20 different pairs I ordered and I absolutely love them. I have stone plugs, surgical steel tunnels, teardrop plugs, ear weights, everything... I cant describe how beautiful and unique each plug is. Cant wait to order again!

Bought one 20mm ear plug, waited just under a week for delivery and turns out someone stole my parcel. Another was resent to me after a quick and polite email response, and arrived 1 day later.

Upon opening the parcel they actually sent me an additional plug in a different colourway! This was such a lovely touch and as a first time customer, I will be returning. Thank you again guys!
