Custom Plugs have always been my go to. My first order years ago was a Leeds badge and it wasn’t quite right so they corrected it with no fuss. Another order was another Leeds badge and the person that packed it must have been a Leeds fan as they left a little message which was a nice touch.

Quality products and Outstanding customer support.

Inconsistent sizing in all the plugs.

I'm a repeat customer because I really like the quality of their plugs but I'm fed up every time I place an order of having issues with it because you guys just don't have consistent sizing. This is the third time now I order something and it shows up with the size not matching what I ask even though you claim it is. It feels like getting scammed at this point, get this aspect sorted because you're looking really unreliable. I have once again part of an order that's entirely unusable because you guys don't measure things correctly.

This shop has become my 'go to' for plugs and tunnels / jewellery for stretched ears.

I'm a newbie and ordered a stretch kit that I didn't love once received, and the exchange process was made super easy with Carmie and the team.

Further, the replacement order was for double flares, jewellery that isn't fitting to my taste once in my hands, and yet again the exchange for my desired single flare plugs was super smooth and quick

I've for my final replacement/order in my hands and the quality is spot on.

Custom plugs are the only company I used to buy my plugs. Always have a great selection of products available and the items are packed and sent out efficiently and secure. Always appreciate the sticker/stickers that arrive with my products too. Can’t recommend them enough !

I placed an order online for 4 pairs of plugs which were delivered very quickly.
1 plug was sadly damaged in transit but after explaining to Ella in customer service I was sent a replacment plug straight away! Amazing products, fantastic customer service & very happy customers!

I ordered custom plugs and they weren’t quite right, but thanks to the excellent customer service from Ella and Carmie, I’ve ended up getting the perfect pair of plugs! They went above and beyond to help me out! So highly highly recommend and I will definitely be purchasing more plugs from them in the future.

I had a problem with the size of one of my plugs. They told me to send it back to change it, it seems that there was a problem with the letter that I sent with the plugs and it was open in the way and the plugs wasn't in the envelope. Carmie the person that was in contact with me told me to don't worry and they send me the correct plugs without problem. Amazing customer service!!
