Absolutely delighted with my gazebo would highly recommend crown pavilions who have been 5 star from start to finish

Took a long time to be delivered but delighted with the product. We were kept up to date with progress and the pavilion arrived on the date we were given. Amazed that the erection of the pavilion took only 2 1/2 hours. Very efficient, great service. Would definitely recommend Crown Pavilions.

I saw a Crown Pavilion on Love Your Garden & thought I would go & have a look. Sure enough we purchased our Windsor Gazebo & I have to say it looks really good. 2 men came to fit it on a boiling hot day & were so focused on getting the job completed, very professional. We have only had it just over 1 month but so far we are really pleased & would recommend Crown Pavilions they were always available & ready to answer questions.

Excellent service from the very start to the finish. Everyone associated with the company was polite, professional and helpful and delivered a level of customer service that we should always get but rarely do. Whilst the product is relatively expensive, it is very high quality and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Crown Pavilions.

They say they are the best and we think so too. The product is excellent and really well made. The sales and customer service team have been excellent throughout and the team of 3 that installed our Pavilion last week were first rate. All we need now is the sun to return!

Had to wait a while for the product but when it arrived, very pleased with both the service and the Tudor pavilion.

The craftsmanship and quality of materials are second to none and we are still enjoying our Gazebo 14 years on. Recently we decided to change our thatch roof to Cedar tiles and the roof just looks beautiful.
The customer service team were so helpful and friendly guiding us through the whole process. The day of the installation the team arrived, installed the new roof and left the garden spotless, very professional.

We are looking forward to making many more happy memories come rain or sunshine it’s perfect!

Brilliant customer service total understanding and no pressure The installation team arrived on time and were both professional and efficient, they did an amazing job in just 6 hours with meticulous workmanship. After looking at several similar products we chose Crown on price while they had a sale on. The quality of the product is superb and the service we received was excellent - they were helpful and prompt in all of their dealings whether by phone or email. The team arrived promptly on the scheduled date, and were so efficient and well organised they were done within 5 hours. We could not be more delighted, thoroughly recommended.

Excellent job all round. Went up quickly and very pleased with the spec. Fantastic service, checking in with us regularly throughout.

We used Crown Pavilion for our garden office. From first point of contact to the very end could not have gone any smoother. Stephanie was the most helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Always so prompt to return, calls, emails etc. The lovely guys who fitted it for us Kestan and his team were so professional throughout and left the garden so tidy each time they left it.

Excellent company to deal with from start to finish. The sales team did an excellent job guiding us through our choice. Then the customer service team kept us fully informed throughout. The fitting team did it in a day, they worked so hard. Everyone, and I mean everyone has been so friendly and helpful, a few other companies could do with learning from Crown. Don’t let this slip Crown, it is so good to see and what a customer wants.
The quality and workmanship of our Eden is spot on. It is all finished to a high standard. The comments we have received have all been positive.
We are hoping to have years of enjoyment out of it, time will tell and a future review in the making.

I recognised the quality from day one at Hampton Court and just want to report that 2 years later it looks exactly the same as the day your workmen left. Seriously, not even the smallest crack in the interior decor. It has been used almost daily summer and winter, and with the benefit of wi fi heating controls its been a perfect workplace for my wife ( Dr Kim Freeman)

While I am sure you are having the most amazing commercial success due to the bent towards home working, you deserve it. The entire experience with Crown has been a pleasure and you really should feel very proud.

Absolutely thrilled!! What a lovely company to deal with, efficient, friendly, excellent quality, can’t fault the company or their product!

I have the Crown Kensington Hybrid in my garden and it is absolutely stunning. The ordering process was relatively easy and the team that arrived to build it were amazing. They had it all built and the furniture installed in two days. I really can't fault this company. I guess if they could improve it would be to include the base work and electrics in house as well as organising a site survey to discuss the best location and organise planning if and when required, like some other companies do. But none of that is enough to knock off a star as they make it clear what's included from the start. In the end it's the building you're paying for and this building really is a premium product, really luxurious throughout. Throughly recommended.

Very Happy with the service from start to finish. All done very professionally and delighted with the finished Summerhouse now standing proud in our garden!
