Job well done. Started on time and worked consistently to deliver a quality product. We are very pleased with the finished product.

We are so pleased with our Windsor Gazebo. The service we have received has been incredible throughout from our initial contact with the sales staff and help in choosing what suited our needs best, to the after sales help and advice prior to installation. The two gentleman who installed our gazebo were friendly, professional and very hard working and our end product looks amazing. The quality of the gazebo is fantastic and we know we'll be sharing many happy memories with friends and family in it.

The service was easy from start to finish, the two fitters installed and erected 4 pods in my pub garden in the heavy wind and rain over two days.
No complaints from them or me. Well done crown pavilions will definitely use you again.

Quite a long lead time, but the delivery date I was given when ordering, was the exact day it arrived. Great response and service from the office and the installation team were great.

We waited a long time for this to be delivered (although we were given the timescale when we ordered it) and it was worth the wait. The customer service team have been very helpful and friendly and the fitters were incredibly efficient at fitting it and cleared up beautifully. We are delighted with our Crown Pavilion.

An absolute first class customer experience from initial enquiry through to installation. The quality of the product is second to none and whilst we initially wanted some use during the summer months, we made the right decision to accept the October date simply to get what we really wanted, The delay from point of order to installation only speaks volumes of the product quality that so many others want to own one !!
Any enquiries to the Customer Service team whilst awaiting our Pavilion where answered clearly and quickly and the security aspects of your systems allowed payments to be processed securely and documents signed in a timely manner.
We cannot speak highly enough of your installation team. Whilst working flat out over recent months, they carried out their work professionally, on time and apart from constructing a beautiful Pavilion you would never have known they were there. Our garden was left exactly as they found it.
