I am so sorry that you received this parcel later than expected. We sent it on a Tracked service with Royal Mail and usually they are good and deliver in 2-3 days but unfortunately sometimes parcels get stuck/lost.
Having checked the tracking again I can see this parcel has now been delivered but I'd like to apologise once again for the delay in receiving these threads.

I've started repairing machines too so I need a wide variety of parts. 9 times out of 10 they have what I need and they always post very quickly. One time I sent a query, and got a same-day response. sold me the wrong size belt.... then denies I emailed for advice.
I bought a vintage Singer 99k sewing machine which needed a new belt, so as I lived a short distance from Lincoln, I popped into the shop and told them which machine I have and a shop assistant popped through to the back of the shop to speak to him and he told her which belt to sell me. It was £15. But when I got home and fitted it, it was definatly the wrong size, and at least 2 inches too big. I kept phoning and the line was busy for hours, so I emailed twice, once to his shop email address and once through his sellers Ebay shop, asking if I could return for either the right size, or a refund. But I have had no reply, even though they was sent to 2 different email addresses ........and am stuck with £15 worth of rubber which is totally useless to me. Rude.

I do know about the motor being adjustable, and obviously tried this before calling you.
I definately left messages on ebay selling page and an email to your business.
after nearly 7 months, you honestly want me to find a receipt? - yet cannot be bothered to reply to an email message?
forget it, I'll call this a lesson learned, and search elsewhere when I need anything sewing related.

Good morning,
I am sorry to hear about your negative experience. We do answer our emails daily and I have just double checked now by searching your name and I can't find any correspondence from you either on our email or on ebay.
Our phone line is operated 9-5 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and 9-4 Saturday.
The Singer 99k does have an adjustment so you can raise or lower the motor to make the belt tension correct.
If you would like to return the belt to us for a refund then please either post it with a copy of your receipt or pop back in the shop.
