Product arrived quickly and was as described. The order was placed online and a member of staff rang before completing the order just to confirm things, which was a reassuring and proactive step which I appreciated.

The graded fridge freezer we bought was delivered on time, and we were kept informed of its progress at all times. Delivery is kerbside only, but we were aware of that.
The website had photographs of the exact appliance we were buying, so we knew exactly why it was classed as graded, and the couple of little marks on it are miniscule anyway.
The discount offered because of those marks was generous, and it comes with a full manufacturer's warranty.
Staffs will be my first port of call for any further white goods purchases.

Fantastic experience, great communication

As soon as I entered the showroom I was made to feel welcome, I choose the cooker I liked there was no pressure for a sale I was then told they had same cooker but different color which I was really pleased with ,I was then told when it would be delivered and what time .
The staff who delivered my cooker went above and beyond they were polite and like I said nothing to much trouble for them was very happy with cooker and very happy with service will visit them again

Had a phone call to confirm details and let me know who the courier was and when to expect them. Appliance was received no issues. As simple as it is, it's good to have some clear communication from a company and calling made it a bit more of a personable experience. Would recommend to others and being in my county happy to be supporting a more local business.

Purchased a Bosch Series 6 70CM Fridge Freezer, which was B grade. The fault was clearly displayed in photos on the website, with a scratch to the right side, of the fridge freezer. (this is now positioned against a wall and cannot be seen) and there was a great saving.
The delivery was excellent with the best communication. Please note the delivery was on a pallet in a large lorry. This may be an issue if your delivery is to a property with limited access / parking.
