Excellent Service, even though one of my tapes showed slight mould which I wasn’t aware of, they did their best to still perform the transfer as they wanted to still give us a wonderful memory which it has, so thank you so much, will definitely be using again ⭐️

Quick and efficient service
It was quick efficient and the memory stick and video posted back to me within a few days. As soon as they had received the video it was transferred on to a memory stick and returned. Brilliant service.

Great turnaround and communication. Also great value for money.
However vital to read the information provided about how to improve the quality of the videos. I had 21 tapes converted and they were unwatchable on my Mac mini due to juddering. However when watched through VLC app or through my tv they were fine. A bit of a faff for editing but acceptable.
